Bug in CubeMX v4.23.0 - leaves temp files behind

After generating code with CubeMX this is the content of my Src directory.

Previous versions of CubeMX did not leave temporary files behind.

Sorry for the late response.

You can upgrade to the latest version of CubeMX 4.25.0. There is no more problem .
