Quadrature Encoder & STO_PLL Electrical Angle Misalignment Issue in MCSDK Sensor-Based Operation

I am currently conducting an experiment using a quadrature encoder as the primary sensor and STO_PLL as the auxiliary sensor. When using MCSDK for sensor-based operation, have any of you encountered a situation where the electrical angles of the two sensors (ENCODER_EL_ANGLE and STOPLL_EL_ANGLE) fail to align? If so, could you share the possible causes?
