Windows USB Bootloader

Hi - something I have been searching for, but found almost nothing. Does anyone do a Win7 prog that uses the onboard USB bootloader (stm32f303) to upload a hex file and flash it? Including, of course, Windows USB drivers.

Like DFU? You'd have to package your .HEX or .BIN using the DFU Manager, but yes.
