Hello.
I'm using several STEF12H60M efuses on a controll board.
The setup:
The CLREF resistor is 20k, the CS resistor is 3.3k and the SS cap is 100nF. This puts the efuse triping on 6.1A.
I'm controlling the efuse by pulling down the on/pd pin with a npn transistor. I want to enable and disable the efuse output.
VCC=12V
The problem:
On start up the efuse powers on and the output is on. GOK is on, DOC is on. All is fine.
ON/PD is set to 0 and the efuse disables the output. All is fine.
when i release ON/PD pin and it goes to logic '1', the efuse should enable the output, but it doesn, the GOK pin starts pulsing and the output doesn't enable.
I've removed the capacitor on CS, but it's the same. I've other boards with the same setup and they work fine.
Can someone help with this topic please?
