 avalanche Sterlite diode but not any number to show in your diode . only green mark show to white side in the diode .pls suggest identify the number of components.V7 omron drive power card also show pls suggest

This looks like a diode in a glass package SOD-57 or similar, which ST have not and did not have in its portfolio.
