Dear TANIO sir..

AN2281 design for 12V or Low voltage 3PH system. Can I use in AC110V 3PH system? I have been test HVIC + MOS. But Always broken. Can you give me some advice. THANKS~~

Hi Ferrari,

that solution is not suitable for DC voltage different from 12V.

For ''Low Voltage'' motor control application (I mean from 6V up to 48V) it will be delivered a demokit that makes use of HVIC driver L6387, PowerMOS (with the possibility to use different devices at different current ratings) and ST7MC as microcontroller. The system is under beta testing and will be soon available in ST site.
