What is the top marking for the following components?

  • M24C32-FMH6TG
  • M24C64-FMH6TG
  • M24128-BFMH6TG

These are all UFDFPN5 packages.

When marked with "4E", is that engineering samples?

Is the marking "4EFT" for any of the above points?

ps: Enginnering samples are marked with "ES" or "E"
