I am planning to use ST72F264G2 in a new design, the design power supply is an external battery. When the battery is getting old - its voltage can reduce bellow the recommended power supply (2.7V). The device will be powered from 2.5V or lower battery voltage for a very long time, will it harm the micro? (burn it).
I also use the LVD for power-up reset, is it enough? will the LVD continue to hold the device in reset in 2.5V and below?
