Hello pals,
Did somebody had any experience with pin SCAN_ENABLE on Consumer/Atlas? Data Sheet just says: ''SCAN_ENABLE Reserved. The pin is reserved for Test and Miscellaneous functions.'' wich is so inromative Not speaking about all JTAG! BSDL is ok (except that chip name is SIP130/140) but no any info about states... Is there some JTAG relation with SCAN_ENABLE? (aka TRST?) Where this signal must go: GND or +3.3 or +2.5 or ...?Options

The Scan_enable pin has nothing to do with the JTAG Chain. This is a pin that is used for test and manufacturing purposes only. Therefore, if this pin is set to the wrong value, the STPC will not operate correctly.
Therefore, I suggest that you refer to the schematics for the correct value.
