Hi,
I've tried to install the ADS Modell for PD55003 into ADS. With the standard procedure (DesignKits_unzipDesignKit... opend the .zip) it did not work. Following error occures:
"Could not install design kit: The design kit does not contain a lib.defs file"
Are there any experiences how to deal with such an issue?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Peter,
Yes, the current Version of ADS(Keysight) has different requirements for their Design Kits. We figured out a way to convert it to the right Version as following:
1. Create a new folder via file browser in your ADS Folder (Environment).
2. Unzip the DesignKit to this new folder.
3. Open ADS and go to open_Workspace and klick on the new created folder and on the unzipped Design Kit.
4. ADS says sth. like "You have selected an old Project...this project must be converted...". Klick OK
The Design Kit should now be available in your Workspace.
Kind regards!

Welcome @noahkaiser, to the community!
The ADS file of the PD55003 is from 2012 and corresponds to the usual specifications at that time. It may be that your current software has different requirements as to how the data should look, but you should first clarify this with the manufacturer of your software (Keysight?).
