CAPS using standard JTAG

Hi ALL!

I want to use CAPS in order to set up all the register for STR912FA.

I am using a standard JTAG (10pin) to program.

Is there anyway to program into Flash using CAPS and Standard JTAG?

Any suggestion out there?
