Temperature behavior of the sensors is part of their specification and you can find it in the datasheet. Many of the sensors have embedded temperature compensation, for example pressure sensors. IIS3DWB has also internal temperature sensor, but the drift over temperature is minimized by design to ensure it provides same acceleration/vibration data output in room and higher temperatures, by default temperature compensation is not needed with this component.
