What is the difference between IIS3DHHC and LIS3DHH ?

Tecnical data seems the same. I can't see difference. Any idea ?

​hi @JKros​ , sorry for the very delay in our answer: no technical differences between the two part numbers in terms of FW or SW, but IIS3DHHC package and system have been qualified for Industrial applications and coded for 10-years longevity and will be the reference part number for this kind of application in the future. Regards
