TESEO LIV3F - update rate says 10Hz, does that mean it is updating location based on satellite data at 10Hz? Or is it using interpolated data ? Does this module have an integrated IMU?

Tracking GNSS signals is a continuous process, the tracking here in a consumer receiver is likely to be in the 50/60 Hz range. The solution rate from the measurements tends to be slower as it is more computationally intensive, rather than tracking the velocity/acceleration of the satellites vs receiver.

The solution tends to be stale, where the time of measurements is provided, you should understand time/motion in your own implementation, and extrapolate.

Reading the marketing bullet-points one would assume not.
