I realize that these modules are new to ST, but can you give me an idea as to when support will be available for these modules?
I am attempting to integrate these modules into a couple of new products, but show-stopper issues (which have been submitted to ST via various channels without receiving tracking numbers or feedback) are making the use of these modules problematic.What is the timeline for rollout of these modules? Dear Andrei,
in general, local support is provided by Distributor or ST FAEs and handled with onsite visits, phome calls or by emails. That really depends case by case and it is locally managed. Technical support to everyone is provided by our Application Engineesr via the ST online support entry. A customer can submit a specific issue related on how to use our products by using this channel. This forum is a very new initiative and it has been created with the purpose of offering the opportunity to discuss general issues that can be shared by a larger Community of users.
