Hello I try to build a system connected in Bluetooth low energy via a smartphone. A simple button that when press order a call to a number could someone help me with this ?

I recommend using the STM32WB series MCU. Please read this document. I don't know what are the specifications of your project, but I propose to take a look to the STM32WB package boards (P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo & P-NUCLEO-WB55.USBDongle). For more information and details please visit ST website.
