Drawing STM32F746 with Ethernet LAN8742A fail

Hi all,

please help me this problem.

Now, I drawing STM32F746ZG with Ethernet LAN8742A like picture below.

I don't know why when I testing it not work.

I made sure soldering ok. And code I already test on NUCLEO-746G kit. it work well.

Could you give advice for this?
