I checked datasheet of part VL53L0CXV0DH, but i cannot find information about

laser power. There is description about power consumption of whole device

but no data for laser only.

We need this information for application certification process.

Is there anybody who have this information ?

The trick is not to certify it. ST has done the certification for you. Contact a sales rep and ask for it.

The FDA qualifies laser products. The manufacturer (ST in this case) will file the paperwork and get an 'accession letter'. This letter states that ST did the tests, and filed paperwork stating we are a Class 1 device. As long as you do not change the optics, you can use this letter as your certification of being Class 1.
