Please initialize the FPU before use." #endif int main(void) { /* Loop forever */ for(;;); }Good morning, today, as always I turned on CUBEIDE and started a blank project, however, i do not get the IOC file and have this code in my main, it is the first time i get this, what should i do to get a blank project normally initialised with an ioc file as always?

Hello everyone!Based on the shot I provided, there are some parameters that I don't know exactly how they are calculated. What are the Polarization Offset and Offset network attenuation parameters and how could I calculate them? Is there any user guide for that? It's very useful when designing a custom boardThank you all

The STM32H750B-dk Based Custom Board isn't entering debugging mode when using STM32CubeIDE . But QSPI Example Code is working perfectly.

good morning, I am wondering what the DNF means in my datasheet: does it mean there is no connection between pb3 and the LED? then i am wondering if i can use PB3 for other instances, and i am also wondering why there is this DNF instead of just not connecting PB3 and the LEDBest regards

Hi everyone,I’m currently trying to deploy the VENC_RTSP_SERVER code, but it's getting stuck during execution. In the UART terminal, I only see the following output before it hangs. After some debugging, I found that the code is getting stuck at line 133 in venc_app.c.tx_event_flags_get(&venc_app_flags, VIDEO_START_FLAG, TX_AND, &flags, TX_WAIT_FOREVER);Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello,Where can I find a BSDL file for STM32F205ZET7?

Hi everyone,I'm using an STM32F767 with an S25FL256S NOR flash over QSPI in indirect mode (HAL driver).I'm trying to write the string "HELLO" at address 0x000000, but after programming and reading, I always get: FF 45 4C 4C 4F → "ELLO".The first byte is always 0xFF. All other bytes are written and read correctly. What I’ve already done:Verified Flash ID: 01 20 18 (correct)Erased the sector before writingUsing 0x02 Page Program in 1-1-1 modeSet SIOOMode = QSPI_SIOO_INST_ONLY_FIRST_CMDSet FIFO threshold = 1Using indirect mode (HAL_QSPI_Command() + HAL_QSPI_Transmit()) Test Code:char tx[] = "HELLO";QSPI_PageProgram(0x000000, (uint8_t*)tx, strlen(tx) + 1);QSPI_ReadData(0x000000, rx, strlen(tx) + 1);Why is the first byte not being written?

I am using the  CubeIDE version(1.19.0), I am not able to download the latest N6 MCU packages(1.12) ,its showing check connection error only for N6 series ....

Hello forum,I'm (still) working on a data acquisition system based on STM32H743XIH6 MCU, I'm pushing the 16bit ADC to the limits and I'm stuck on a corner.Let me summarize first the actual code:1) TIM1 trigger every 1us ADC1 acquisition2) ADC1 acquire 4 ch and move data via DMA to a ADCbuf[4] (4ch scan @1MSa/s)3) HAL_ADC_ConvCpltCallback is called (every 1us) when 2) is complete and does some calculations on ADCbuf[4]. (After 100k executions=4x100k samples a flag is risen triggering data output on the main loop).Long story short, It works flawlessly up to 960kHz, at 1MHz randomly the callback is called again before the previous call get completely served. As far I have understood the problem is that 3) is called with a 1MHz occurrance and, context saving\restore, demand too much time to get the system online without losing any samples. The solution I'm trying to follow is to relax this 1us callback timing this way:1) TIM1 trigger every 1us ADC1 acquisition 2) ADC1 a

Hello, I am trying do a loopback test, i.e I2C1 as master and I2C2 as slave on the same board(STM32F429ZI DISC1).I am giving the address for slave as 0x42 left shifted by one, and storing the same in oar1 register for I2C2. Now the problem is the master is not getting acknowledgement from the slave. I am using HAL to test this.I have also turned on/set the pull up and open drain for both the I2Cs. And i have also tried with external 4.7k ohm resistors, for the pull up resistance. But to no avail. Can somebody please suggest what can i do.

hi i have been trying to configure mcu of h745BIT3 208 pin, IOC file is not generating, and i have tried for g4 series same issue happening today only, is there any server down or update have to do.  regards, srinath

Hi,I am currently working on a project using the STHS34PF80 proximity sensor from STMicroelectronics. The platform is running Android 14.0.0_1.0.0 (L6.1.55_2.2.0 BSP). I would like to know if there is a dedicated Android driver or SDK available to directly interface with the STHS34PF80 sensor—either from STMicroelectronics or open-source contributors. I have the datasheet and application notes for the sensor, and I understand its I²C communication protocol. However, before starting from scratch, I’d like to ask: 1) Any existing Android libraries or HAL implementations 2) Sensor integration examples in Android (preferably for NXP i.MX8M Plus - based platforms) Any examples or references would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your support!

I am trying to get shutdown and wakeup working using the blue top switch on the Nucleo-L433RC-P board.I have set GPIO pin PC13 to SYS_WKUP2...Below is my code...HAL_PWR_EnableWakeUpPin(PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2); while (1) { status = HAL_GPIO_ReadPin(GPIOC, PWR_SWITCH_Pin); if(status) { HAL_PWR_DisableWakeUpPin(PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2); __HAL_PWR_CLEAR_FLAG(PWR_FLAG_WU); HAL_PWR_EnableWakeUpPin(PWR_WAKEUP_PIN2); HAL_Delay(1000); HAL_PWREx_EnterSHUTDOWNMode(); } } When I press the button, it goes into shutdown correctly. However, as soon as its shutdown it wakes back up again (even though the button has not been pressed). Why is this happening and how do I resolve it ?

Why NUCLEO-64 STM32F411RE EVAL BRD not in the target list, only STM32F411E-DISCO ?I have STM32CubeIDE_1.19.0 and updated STM32CubeMX 6.12.0. and have restarted PC.

Recently, The CubeMX cannot open IOC files through the file menu, and cannot save IOC files when creating a new project. But I can open the project normally by double clicking an existing IOC file.Working environment: Win11+CubeMX6.15I have tried reinstalling CubeMX, lowering CubeMX version to 6.13, and so on, but they all have the same problem.

Hello,I am using the STM32H745I-DISCO board for my project, which requires both TouchGFX and CAN FD functionality. However, I am encountering an issue with the clock configuration.I need to synchronize the Nominal Baud Rate to 500 kbps and the Data Baud Rate to 2000 kbps.I configured the Nominal timing parameters as follows:Prescaler: 4Time Segment 1: 13Time Segment 2: 2SJW: 1According to my calculations, the resulting Nominal Baud Rate should be 500 kbps, but STM32CubeIDE shows the calculated rate as 1250 kbps.I suspect the issue lies in the Clock Configuration.Could this be related to the FDCAN clock source or prescaler settings?I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to properly configure the clock settings for this use case. Also, if there are any official documents, reference manuals, or recommended resources that explain how to correctly set up the clock configuration for FDCAN and TouchGFX on the STM32H7 series, please let me know.Thank you in advance for your support.

I'm a beginner and I don't understand the datasheet very well. Can I externally power my STM32 F446RE from the VDD pin (the one opposite E5V in the pinout)?Sorry for the banality, but I only found info for generic GPIOs.Dar

After migrating the project for STM32F765VGTx in cubeMX from version 6.14.1 to version 6.15.0, the parameter "WITH_RTOS (Use FREERTOS ** CubeMX specific **)" in lwip -> tab "General settings -> RTOS dependency" is inactive, and takes the value disabled, while the use of FREERTOS is set to CMSIS_V2.Also I can't change "NO_SYS (OS awareness)" from "OS not used" in the tab "Key parameters -> Infrastructure - OS awareness parameter".When creating a new configuration, the problem is not solved.I add two configurations, one before migration, the other after.

I'm trying my first Nucleo WL55JC2 dev board on my Macbook Air M2 (apple silicon). I am having an issue with connectivity. I have two of the same dev boards and multiple USB cables, and two USB ports on the Mac. All combinations give me the same result.I am able to upgrade the firmware on the board using STM32CubeProgrammer, so that shows that communication with the board via USB is possible. However, in STM32CubeProgrammer, I am not able to connect to it via STLink (with either JTAG or SWD) . . when I try SWD, I get the following output:09:07:10 : UR connection mode is defined with the HWrst reset mode09:07:10 : ST-LINK SN : 005200303234510A3335353309:07:10 : ST-LINK FW : V3J15M709:07:10 : Board : NUCLEO-WL55JC09:07:10 : Voltage : 3.25V09:07:10 : Unable to get core ID09:07:10 : No STM32 target found! Hello,I am trying to deploy a yolov8n model on STM32N6570-DK. For that I tried to follow the instructions in https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32ai-modelzoo-services/blob/main/object_detection/deployment/doc/tuto/How_to_deploy_yolov8_yolov5_object_detection.mdI managed to train the model using ultralytics yolo and I have a .pt project. However I was not able to execute the yolo export model=yolov8n.pt format=tflite imgsz=256 int8=Truecommand, it produced some errors. But I was able to get a .onnx model, which I quantized using the ST scripts in model zoo services. I was able to validate the model and also use prediction on actual images and get correct results. To do that I had to apply -inputs-ch-position chfirst in the prediction params. The prediction worked well in all modes, host, stedgeai_host and stedgeai_n6.Now I am trying to deploy the model on the board. I used the deployment operation mode in the scripts and it was done successfully. However the mod

Hi, I'm experimenting with VL53L4ED. it suits by requirements except that is has only 18° FoV. Is there any way to increase the FoV (upto120°) using a lens may be without hampering the laser class?

Hello.I am working with the STM32U083 and LIS2HH12TR communication via SPI. Did the SPI settings configuration in mode 3 and build a simple project in cube ide to identify and read the accelerometer data. The project also does the conversion in mg of the acceleration for all axis. When I move the axis I was expecting the values to change but there is no change as in picture below: (Debug data via uart ). Does anyone come out with this kind of problem ? Could it be sensor (accelerometer) damage, a soldering problem, or something else?Following the terminal log:Please support.Thankyou

Hi I am using a STM32MP257F-EV1 board, and I am trying to build the demonstration exampleSTM32CubeMP2/Projects/STM32MP257F-EV1/Demonstrations/StarterApp_M33TDI am using command line (not IDE)I have cloned and built TF-M for SDCARD_SDCARD and EMMC_EMMC modes and can see the resultant binariesI have built the Application and can see the binaries (including the tfm and bl2 binaries copied from the tfm area).I now want to flash onto my board. I am following the instructions in the README.html file in the top level of the project structure. It mentions some flash layout files. For the MP25-EV1 board, five TSV flavors are provided to flash under the M33TDCID profile: - `FlashLayout_emmc_stm32mp257f-ev1-cm33tdcid-ostl-optee.tsv`- `FlashLayout_nor-emmc_stm32mp257f-ev1-cm33tdcid-ostl-optee.tsv`- `FlashLayout_nor-nor-sdcard_stm32mp257f-ev1-cm33tdcid-ostl-optee.tsv`- `FlashLayout_sdcard_stm32mp257f-ev1-cm33tdcid-ostl-optee.tsv`- `FlashLayout_nor-sdcard_stm32mp257f-ev1-cm33tdci

I tried running the LwIP_TCP_Echo_Server app on the Nucleo Board H7S3L8 (MB1737-H7S3-L8-B02) using STM32CubeH7RS\Projects\NUCLEO-H7S3L8\Applications\LwIP\LwIP_TCP_Echo_Server sample code. The code downloaded fine, but TCP communication didn’t work.I started a DHCP server using Tftpd32 software, but the MCU didn’t get a DHCP IP and showed a static IP (192.168.0.10) instead.I tried pinging the MCU’s static IP from my laptop using a straight Ethernet cable, but it failed.I tested with both crossover and straight Ethernet cables and used a Wi-Fi modem/router as another DHCP server, but the result was the same.I also tried other sample codes (LwIP_UDP_Echo_Client, LwIP_UDP_Echo_Server, LwIP_TCP_Echo_Client, LwIP_HTTP_Server_Raw), but the result was the same.I followed the steps in the Readme file and enabled the XSPI2_HSLV=1 for high-speed I/O.Did I miss any steps? I used the STM32H533 Nucleo board example project ADC_MultiChannelSingleConversion as a reference for this code. The actual project is running on an STM32H523.I am attempting to have a software-triggered array of ADC reads across two channels using the GPDMA. [Edit: for clarification, multiple conversions across a sequence of 2 channels, not just a single conversion]. The plan is to be alerted via interrupt callback that the sequence (triggered by HAL_ADC_Start_DMA) is complete. I do not want the ADC to continue to sample or overwrite the data in the buffer, so I am turning off the ADC in the callback. void HAL_ADC_ConvCpltCallback(ADC_HandleTypeDef *hadc) { HAL_ADC_Stop_DMA(hadc); ... }The issue is that this callback is being triggered after every two-channel sequence is completed, instead of once after the DMA buffer is filled. The system does not generate any DMA complete or half complete callbacks in this configuration. Here's what appears to be working:ADC conversions ar
