Hi Team, I am using stm32h753 controller, While receiveing data in the UART. Rx buffer index is not always Rxbuff[0]. Data is received randomly in the different index. Here i am attaching the reference.

The FatFS library references a BSP function to determine if a SD card is plugged in. Since I don't have a BSP for this PCB, CubeMX complains about the missing function. How do I generate a BSP that CubeMX will recognize to eliminate this configuration error?

I'm trying to print output to the console in the STM32 work bench, but I can't seem to get anything out, and with my lack of a logic analyzer the best I can do is confirm my calls to HAL_UART_Transmit return HAL_OK. Below is the minimal example I'm attempting:int main(void) { HAL_Init();   UART_HandleTypeDef huart3; huart3.Instance = USART3; huart3.Init.BaudRate = 115200; huart3.Init.WordLength = UART_WORDLENGTH_8B; huart3.Init.StopBits = UART_STOPBITS_1; huart3.Init.Parity = UART_PARITY_NONE; huart3.Init.Mode = UART_MODE_TX_RX; huart3.Init.HwFlowCtl = UART_HWCONTROL_NONE; HAL_UART_Init(&huart3);   HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3, (uint8_t*)"HELLO\n", 6, 0xFFFF);   // Confirms that execution passed the transmit BSP_LED_Init(LED2); for(;;){ BSP_LED_Toggle(LED2); HAL_Delay(1); BSP_LED_Toggle(LED2); HAL_Delay(9); } BSP_LED_DeInit(LED2); }I've attempted to use both 9600 and 115200 baud across USART1, 2, and 3 (I found documentation that says 3 shoul

Hello everyone. Is there any offical and stable library for CR95HF?I haved tried to use X-NUCLEO-NFC03A1 package but no success. Below my schematic and i think it same as X-NUCLEO-NFC03A1.I can not get it work. Cant read dev id.Cant get work init function. What should i do? I attached my project files.

Hello,for a measurement task, I have to perform an ADC readout a certain time after a rising edge occurs from an external device.My idea was to use the HRTIM with an external event but I am unsure if it is possible to trigger a timer start with an EEV.I am using a STM32H743ZI currently on a Nucleo board with CubeMX with the MCU package 1.5.0.

hi i am trying to make a .stldr file to be able to external load the flash ic ,the mcu is 32f746ng and the flash is MX25L51245G , i tried to take one of the examples that provide with stmprogramer and change it to my configure , but unfortally i didnt get succes (not even a blinking led ) ,-so i wanted to know does anyone have some example project for this spsific mcu? (the provided example are for 32L ,maybe i dont doing right the transformaition).-is there a recommended project example that maybe will be more easy to make the changes and implent?(attached scheme)

Hi. I'm glad you're reading this, i hope you can help.Click-bait aside, i experience a nasty and unexpected behavior of external interrupts in a professional, industrial product designed around STM8AL318ATC.In short, there are 2 digital signals (from an encoder) input in PD2 and PD4 to which i want to react by triggering an IRQ on every edge.Pseudo-code with setup (macros that expand to proper register settings, i promise): EXTI_CONF1_PDHIS = 1u; // PD[7:4] used for EXTID IRQ EXTI_CONF1_PDLIS = 1u; // PD[4:0] used for EXTID IRQ // EN1_1 (encoder 0, signal A) REG_CR1(EN1_1) = CR1_INP_FLOAT; REG_DIR(EN1_1) = DDR_INP; REG_EXTI_CR(EN1_1) = EXTI_CR_EDGE_RISING_AND_FALLING; REG_CR2(EN1_1) = CR2_INP_IRQ; // EN1_2 (encoder 0, signal B) REG_CR1(EN1_2) = CR1_INP_FLOAT; REG_DIR(EN1_2) = DDR_INP; REG_EXTI_CR(EN1_2) = EXTI_CR_EDGE_RISING_AND_FALLING; REG_CR2(EN1_2) = CR2_INP_IRQ;...and the ISR:INSTALL_ISR(EXTID_vector, rotc_0_isr) {// I got here due to an edge on either EN1_1, EN1_2, or

Hi there, I have set up my STM32WB55 nucleo board up to work in the platform for my company. So far, the UART and GPIO are working. But I'm stuck on the BLE. I can set it up and find it with my phone, but when i connect to it, it doesnt get me an user event. I It's kinda strange because I get these IPCC_Rx interrupts in the APP_BLE_Init(), but when it starts advertising and I connect(which is working, i can read attributes on my phone) I don't get an interrupt. I also noticed that the timer that handles the connection state machine to restart the adversting when nobody connects to it, also doesn't work.I checked with the BLE_BloodPressure example from ST and when i connect to this, it generates an interrupt.Hope somebody can help me, I've been stuck for some days now on this problem

Hi all,I am experiencing some problem with PLL initialization using LL drivers.The code I am using for HSE, PLL and SYS clock is the following:void init_RCC_HSE(void) { //LL_AHB1_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB1_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOH);   LL_RCC_HSE_Enable(); while(! LL_RCC_HSE_IsReady()) ;   LL_RCC_HSI_Disable();   //LL_RCC_HSE_EnableCSS();   LL_RCC_PLL_Disable(); LL_RCC_PLL_ConfigDomain_SYS(LL_RCC_PLLSOURCE_HSE, LL_RCC_PLLM_DIV_5, 200, LL_RCC_PLLP_DIV_2); LL_RCC_SetAHBPrescaler(LL_RCC_SYSCLK_DIV_1); LL_RCC_SetAPB1Prescaler(LL_RCC_APB1_DIV_4); LL_RCC_SetAPB2Prescaler(LL_RCC_APB2_DIV_2); LL_RCC_PLL_Enable();   while(!LL_RCC_PLL_IsReady()) ;   LL_RCC_SetSysClkSource(LL_RCC_SYS_CLKSOURCE_PLL);   SystemCoreClockUpdate(); }But the firmware stops after a few ms.What is the proper way to initialise it using LL drivers ?Thanks.s.

Hello,I'm working on a DCMI to USB Video Class Device converter for a project of my organization. The image sensor is a ultra low power custom design grayscale level with 640x480 resolution (8 bit per pixel). The DCMI acquisition is working and now I'm moving into the USB development.I want to clarify that I'm aware of the bandwidth limitation of the embedded USB FS PHY, however for now, few frames per second are enough, moreover I might consider to down sample the image in order to increase the frame rate.I found a github project holding an implementation of the USB Video Class Device for the STM32F4, I just turned it into makefile project (originally it was for IAR toolchain) and it works, which means that it streams a fixed image at low frame rate (8fps if I'm not wrong). This project is based on the Standard Peripheral Library for the F4 family.For RAM constraints I'm not using the f407, but the STM32L496 (however I might switch to another MCU if needed), then, to make the USB Vide

Hello i'm porting TouchGFX to a custom board using STM32F429 and a custom 800x480 16bit display.I'm having trouble when I try to add a .png image on the TouchGFX designer. For some reason, if the .png file have any gradient effect, the resulting image will not display correctly on the physical display.Here are some examples:This is the example application i'm trying to show on the display.This is how the colors are displayed on the physical display:Notice how the gradients effects are displayed on the display.My TouchGFX project is using the follow dithering configurations:# Optional additional compiler flags   user_cflags := -DUSE_BPP=16   # Settings for image converter output format   alpha_dither := yes   # Dither algorithms: 0 (no dither), 1 (Floyd-Steinberg), 2 (Jarvis, Judice and Ninke), 3 (Stucki)   dither_algorithm := 2   opaque_image_format := RGB565   non_opaque_image_format := ARGB8888Any suggestion on how to move forward? Hello every one.I am working with the STM32L4R5ZI. By default, it will uses MSI as the system clock source at 4Mhz.My question is: what will happen if I turn on HSI or/and HSE without turning the other clock source off?Thank you in advance?

I cannot get debugging working through the STM32CubeIDE. I can program the device using the OpenOCD debugger (but stepping through the code gives an error). However, I want to use the ST-LINK GDB server as the debugger, which does not work. I receive the following error:Target no device foundError in initializing ST-LINK device.Reason: No device found on target.I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of clear material for getting started. I was expecting to purchase the board, install any necessary drivers/tools, install the IDE, and start stepping through an example project. I prefer not to use the uVision IDE and was hoping that I am just not configuring the STM32CubeIDE correctly.

I am having a tough time getting a valid temperature reading from my STM32L051K8U6 MCU. This should be an easy task. I've spent a LOT of time Googling and believe I have everything setup correctly. Most of the sample code online is identical, but it does not work for me. Here is the code snippet I'm testing with:#define TEMP130_CAL_ADDR ((uint16_t*) ((uint32_t) 0x1FF8007E)) #define TEMP30_CAL_ADDR ((uint16_t*) ((uint32_t) 0x1FF8007A)) #define VDD_CALIB ((uint16_t) (300)) #define VDD_APPLI ((uint16_t) (330))   int32_t ComputeTemperature(uint32_t measure) { int32_t temperature; temperature = ((measure * VDD_APPLI / VDD_CALIB) - (int32_t)*TEMP30_CAL_ADDR ); temperature = temperature *(int32_t)(130-30); temperature = temperature /(int32_t)(*TEMP130_CAL_ADDR -*TEMP30_CAL_ADDR); temperature = temperature + 30; return(temperature); return(temperature); }     void ConfigTemperature(void) { RCC->APB2ENR |= RCC_APB2ENR_ADC1EN; ADC1->CFGR2 |= ADC_CFGR2_CKMODE;

Hello everyone.I am trying to edit the baudrate using register header file without using HAL. I am working with STM32L4R5ZI and IAR complier.I found these lines in the header files but don't know how to use them./****************** Bit definition for USART_BRR register *******************/ #define USART_BRR_DIV_FRACTION_Pos (0U) #define USART_BRR_DIV_FRACTION_Msk (0xFUL << USART_BRR_DIV_FRACTION_Pos) /*!< 0x0000000F */ #define USART_BRR_DIV_FRACTION USART_BRR_DIV_FRACTION_Msk /*!< Fraction of USARTDIV */ #define USART_BRR_DIV_MANTISSA_Pos (4U) #define USART_BRR_DIV_MANTISSA_Msk (0xFFFUL << USART_BRR_DIV_MANTISSA_Pos) /*!< 0x0000FFF0 */ #define USART_BRR_DIV_MANTISSA USART_BRR_DIV_MANTISSA_Msk /*!< Mantissa of USARTDIV */I am trying to config USART3 to transmit some char only. Hello All, How to obtain the time difference between successive occurrence of two CAN messages .I am sending some CANIDs every 0.7 seconds and my aim is to measure the time difference between the successive occurrence of the CANids on reception by another STM32 Node.For eg: I am sending CAN ID 13 and 14 approximately every 0.7 seconds . So when i use the "HAL_RTC_GetTime" function for every occurrence of this CANID and compute the time difference between the current occurence and the previous occurrence, i should get a floating point value correct to 4 decimal places..Steps i performed I implemented RTC functionalityIn the "RTC_CalendarConfig" function, i gave a value of 255 for the "Seconds Fraction" parameter of the RTC_TimeTypeDef.I then implemented the "HAL_RTC_GetTime" callback in the "HAL_CAN_RxFifo0MsgPendingCallback"function As and when i receive the CAN ID 13 and 14 , the time is getting printed. However, i am unable to understand the subseconds part. How should i interpret it

When I'm trying to send a ManageGPO RF command to activate GPO on a particular tag, the GPO is being triggered on any tag or on all tags within the reach of the reader (I use CR95HF for develompent), despite the fact I set UID and an address flag as follows:22 A9 02 [UID] 00/01The tag with the UID specified in the command responds with code 0x80 (success), other tags do not respond (devkit software provides code 0x8700 : Frame wait time out OR no tag) but GPO on those other tags is still being set/unset.GPO_CTRL and GPO_CTRL_Dyn registers are set to RF_USER 0x81

Hello.I want to use MCU (Cortex M4 core) as PMU for MPU (Cortex A7 core).Is it possible to use it in this way?For this I need the following:It's better to start MCU firmware from another source (not SRAM) - from non-volatile memory. Is it possible?Switch on/off MPU using MCU. For example toggle GPIO or using registers.Don't stop MCU firmware by MPU reboot.Move MPU to flashing mode and exit it using MCU.Is all this possible?

I just received my B-L072Z-LRWAN1 board in the mail. I want to use it with Arduino, but when I plug it in to my Ubuntu computer it is not recognized at all. Nothing shows up through 'dmesg' command, nothing shows up through 'lsusb' command.   If the OS can't see it, clearly the Arduino IDE can't see it.   Any ideas what is going wrong? (I've also tried multiple USB cables, and Ubuntu computers)

I already tried the site of st wiki. I only want to get to run the starter package for my work at the university. I saw that you can flash the sd-card wit windows-os. Is that right?I did it with CubeMxProgrammer. And the terminal said programming was succesfully.After I changed the switches on the backside. The Display stays black.Any ideas ?RegardsMax
