Hi,I'm working with the LSM6DSOX Machine Learning Core.I found the way to go from the data logs to the .ucf file, but I was wondering if there was an already available way to generate the corresponding .h file directly from Unico.I guess it would be relatively easy to code something to do it automatically, but it would be way less hassle if it already exists.

Hi everybody,I've been trying to use an IKS01A2 mounted on a Nucleo WB55 in order to test a STEVAL-MKI197V1.I installed the drivers for virtual com and was able to do a blink test on the nucleo board (programming it with mbed compiler). However, I haven't been able to have te card recognized by Unicleo-GUI.I think I should use STM32CubeMX first, but I haven't found what is the procedure in order to make everything work. The given examples use a different Nucleo board than the one I'm using.Could someone help me with a beginners friendly step by step or give me some advice? Thanks in advance and best regards!

Hi, everyone have someone know where can find the voice recognition of STM32L1 application?I just need few Japanese vocabulary to identify command, but I didn't find it. AWS didn't match my request. Could you please help me?

Thank you for helping.environmentSTM32CubeIDE Ver 1.3.0STM32CubeMX Ver 5.5.0TouchGFX Ver 4.13.0I'm creating a project in TouchGFX and debugging it in the IDE.I was able to launch the IDE by double-clicking C:\TouchGFXProjects\***\STM32CubeIDE\.project and running it.(*** is the project name created by TouchGFX)However, the main function does not appear in Project Explorer. The file with the main function is in C:\TouchGFXProjects\***\Core\Src and the hierarchy is different. Is this the cause? How can I display the files related to the project such as the main function in the IDE's Project Explorer?Thank you.

I am working on the Nucleo F429ZI, and I'm working on a dual bank configuration, and I have a function that erases the flash of the other bank and loads in a new user application. I'm wondering if there's an easy way, or available function call, to find out how much memory the user application in the other bank takes up before erasing it.

Hi guys,Probably the question has been asked one million times but being new on this site, i did not find any clue. My problem is using STM32F446 on SPI1 with DMA2 addressing a device (ADIS16488) in 16bits SPI in mode 3. Polling works perfectly but seems a little time consuming for me. I tried the IT and DMA but I am facing a problem I cannot solve. When I want to perform a transfer in burst , let s say a 12x6bits array, in IT and DMA only a transfer only one halfword it succeeds, if more that one halfword, the second data on MISO is 0x0000. I think that my slave can not take the burst mode (stall time between data is 2µs min) and the second 16bits command is lost so I was wondering if there is a way to insert a little pause in the sck signal between two consecutive halfwords transfers in order to respect those 2µs.I thank you for your helpolie

I received two SensorTile.box yesterday, after the two working quite nicely for a day I started the pro mode with the STM32 CubeProgrammer. The problem is that now one of the box light up twice the blue and the green but not really starting when I plug it. The second one doesn't light up at all. I tried to plug and unplugged the USB and the battery. The frimeware was updated before I went to the pro mode. I also tried to all the boot while plugging the box. Is there any hard reset manual mode because the box is no longer detected by the computer? Thanks for your attention,Timothée Milhomme

Hi, I have my own bootloader application similar to the IAP example provided by ST that runs and determines which of 2 main applications to run then launches the application. The bootloader is working fine and the main application is working fine but when I combine them the main application always ends up hard faulting. If I launch the main application from STM32CubeMX IDE it starts fine but then if I restart the whole processor, the bootloader runs then launches the main application but it always hard faults at the same point. If I have the main application running from the beginning of flash it works fine and no hard faults.I've tried de-initing all peripherals that are used in the bootloader, that doesn't seem to make a difference. The only thing that is still running is the SysTick timer. Are there any registers that would allude to why the hard fault has occurred? How can I ensure that everything is at a nice clean state when the main application runs?I should mention that the main

I want to use a HSE BYPASS Clock Source configuration with an stm32f301k6t.Unfortunately I could not find any information in which voltage range my external oscillator should operate. Sorry if the answer is trivial, I'm no expert in electrical engineering.

Program code all generated with STM32CubeIDE 1.3.1 Build 6291_20200406_0752 (with STMCube F0 v 1.11) Program uses I2C1 on STM32030CC using AF1 GPIOB pin 6 and 7 and reads data from an HTU2X via interrupt based transfer.First it select the register :HAL_I2C_Master_Transmit_IT(&hi2c1, 0x40 << 1, aTxBuffer, 1);after that a wait loop seems needed to wait for HAL_I2C_MasterTxCpltCallbackto be called. The wait loop isHAL_Delay(40);After thatHAL_I2C_Master_Receive_IT(&hi2c1, 0x40 << 1, aRxBuffer, 3); which waits for HAL_I2C_MasterRxCpltCallback() to be called. After that no additional delay seems to be needed. The issue is, going below 40msec the HAL_I2C_Master_Receive_IT( fails (no IRQ) and going even lower to about 20msec, HAL_I2C_MasterTxCpltCallback does not get called, This is all very consistent and reproducable. Above about 40msec there are no such issues.Running this with 40msec result in about 22 successful transactions per second which is quite slow Why is su

Is the D+ pass identical to the D- path, or do I have to connect D+ and D- as appears in the datasheet?

I have a specific question and a more general one. Specifically, is there example code from ST for a TLS client runnning MBEDTLS/LWIP on STM32?Generally, is there a repository somewhere for example code?I see lots of references to example code, but for the life of me, I can not find it. Sometimes I find example code written by ST on github; but it was not posted by ST.

Hello,I'm trying to retrieve received data from web site, but I have almost 8Ko data and I only receive 2Ko. I tried to put it in loop in order to read every 2Ko but it's not working, I always have the only first part. (hope you understand my problem)Here is my code :HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart1, (uint8_t*)"AT+SHREAD=0,8236", sizeof "AT+SHREAD=0,8236", 100); for(uint8_t i = 0; i < 4; i++){     HAL_UART_Receive(&huart1, (uint8_t*)RxTx_B, 2064, 1000);     HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart2, (uint8_t*)RxTx_B, sizeof(RxTx_B), 1000);     freeBuffer(RxTx_B);}How can I read all received data at each time ?

I tried several time to download the X-CUBE-SBSFU from the ST official page. Every time I request the software I got the message that after 48h I will get it by mail. But when I check I don't find it (even in spam).Do you have any idea plz ?

Hello. I just got a ST-Link V2 and wasn't able to program/debug a STM32 MCU with it. With a fake programmer I can program succesfully. But when I try to use ST-Link V2, it gives me device not found error. I wire STDIO, SWDCLK and GND pins to the target MCU and I power up the ST-Link v2 from USB connector. Do I also wire Reset pin or anyother pin? I started to think that the one I got was broken or something... Thanks before hand.

Hello; Can anyone run STLINK V3 with CubeIDE? I can delete and load the hex code inside the processor using STLINK_Cube Programmer. But when I try to enter debug through CubeIDE, I get the following error. Anyone who has encountered this error and can find a solution?Sincelery

My project is tansplanted accordding to X-CUBE'STM32F401RE-Nucleo. main.c Functiong also is same. But when I am running ,the Program is dead. To the same time ,My warning LED that Nucle0-64 STM32L433 board' LED isn't lighting. Than I shield ---if( !demoIni() )----else-----,LED light. Finally,When I use ndef_example_read.c and ndef_example_write.c,program enter in HardFault_Handle. I also initialise my ST32L433 board through cube_MX,also According to X-CUBE'STM32F401RE-Nucleo.I want to know that NFC-CR95HF is developed ways and procedure. Thank you !

I am trying to implement I2C communication with L432KC (bare metal coding) to interface peripherals like port expander, eeprom. But I am having a hard time figuring out the TIMING register. I have several questions:tPRESC = (PRESC+1) x tI2CCLKThis is a simple one but I just wish to confirm. The I2CCLK corresponds to the standard frequency like 100khz, 400khz etc or my APB peripheral clock? I am leaning towards one of the standard frequencies since RM has mentioned peripheral clock as fPCLK in other parts.2. There are several of these bits fields in this register, take this one for example:Bits 15:8 SCLH[7:0]: SCL high period (master mode)This field is used to generate the SCL high period in master mode.tSCLH = (SCLH+1) x tPRESCNote: SCLH is also used to generate tSU:STO and tHD:STA timing.By "used to generate", does it imply Setup and Hold timing of STOP and START (respectively) are equal to tSCLH ?3. How does the CubeMX and the xls file provided by ST calculate bit values by taking ri

HelloI am trying to encode an image of (160*120) in grayscale format - i.e a bmp file of 1bpp color depth.Unfortunately, the encoder would not finish its conversion. and the `HAL_JPEG_EncodeCpltCallback` is not called.My setup is based on the `JPEG_EncodingUsingFs_DMA` from ST, while this example is designed for 24bits pixel depth, I tried to modify it for my application - with changing the `ReadBmpRgbLines`to read only 1 color:static void ReadBmpRgbLines(FIL *file, JPEG_ConfTypeDef Conf, uint8_t * pDataBuffer, uint32_t *BufferSize) { uint32_t bytesReadfile = 1; uint32_t CurrentBlockLine = 1; *BufferSize = 0;   while((CurrentLine <= Conf.ImageHeight) && (CurrentBlockLine <= MAX_INPUT_LINES)) { f_lseek (file,BMP_HEADER_SIZE + Conf.ImageWidth *(Conf.ImageHeight - CurrentLine)*1); f_read (file, pDataBuffer , Conf.ImageWidth*1 , (UINT*)(&bytesReadfile));   pDataBuffer += bytesReadfile; *BufferSize += bytesReadfile; CurrentLine +=1 ; CurrentBlock

HiThis is the first time I`m working with STM32 devices apologizes for the beginner questionsI bought an STM32WB55 NucleO Pack (ST part # - NUCLEO-WB55). My intention is to tweak the demo application so that dongle passes same data (readings from internal temperature sensor) to nucleo board. I though I could use USB_USER to download firmware but I don`t think this is the case. With the documentation I could find, ST-LINK is mandatory to flash an firmare even if I don`t want to debug. Q1 : Could you let me know what is the use of USB_USER ?Q2:And what ST-LINK debugger I need so I can download/debug my code ? I can`t find an ST-LINK with Micro-B connector.Obviously I need to change the software in dongle too. And it doesn`t even have an jtag port on it . Q3: What HW do I need to flash/debug dongle software ? I saw a reference to `external Q4 : On the product page I couldn`t find a dedicated getting started doc for this eval board (hence Q1 -Q3) , Is there any document that has

Hi all,Is the source code of the bootloader (that is used to perform application programming over serial interface) available to download? The AN2606 says that "The bootloader is stored in the internal boot ROM memory (system memory) of STM32 devices. It is programmed by ST during production."Best Regards, abaldur

Hi to all!,I try to run a Gui designed with TouchGFX on my hardware ( a Nucleo-F767ZI board and a 7" display with touchscreen).I have created a new c++ project for doing this and I have selected the LL implementations of the periphericals that i use in my project. The first issue that I have noticed are that all files generated have a .c and .h extentions. Also the code generated from the device configuration tool aren't in OO style, but are the standard c style, i don't see any object in this files. However the code generated by the TouchGfx designer are in the OO style. The problem now is that i need to call a c++ function from the c code  (for example the OSWrappers::signalVSync function from my EXTI interrupt routine), and this cause some compile problems. At this point I don't know if I need to implements some wrapper module to call a c++ code or if I have done some error to configure the project. The TouchGFX documentation, don't tell nothing about this, so i'm expect

Hi,I have a NUCLEO-F429ZI board and am trying to get ADC1 to convert one channel (channel 3) when triggered by TIM2 (every second). As I don't have an oscilloscope I wanted to measure the conversion time - to make sure everything is configured correctly - using Segger SystemView. With the code below I set ADCCLK to 22.5 MHz and sample time to 480 clock cycles so I would expect the ADC interrupt to occur roughly 22 µs after the timer interrupt. What I am seeing though is that the ADC interrupt (ISR34) occurs 2.6 µs after the timer ISR (ISR 44) (see screenshot).Quesion: Why is the ADC interrupt so fast? The attached ZIP-file is the complete Segger Studio project, ready to compile. Here's the complete code:/********************************************************************* * SEGGER Microcontroller GmbH * * The Embedded Experts * ********************************************************************** * * * (c) 2014 - 2020 SEGGER Microcontroller GmbH * * * * www.segger.com Support: support@seg
