Hi all,I working with 2 EVB for ST25R3911b: ST25R3911B-DISCOthe ST25R3911B-Disco Board have a 2 loop ~950nH (105 mm x 52 mm) antennaI tried to replace the antenna for a custom antenna ( 80x48.5mm ~940nH ) very similar to the ST25R3911B-Disco Board. The Impedance is 947nH, according to eDesignSuite. According to AN5276 I need a network analyzer (that I don't have) to measure all the parameters of the antenna.I tried to use the NFC Tuning Circuit, but because a don't have the exact parameters of the antenna so I tried to smart guess the rest of the parameters. In result, the circuit just don't work at all, I connected the board to the software "ST25R3911b Discovery GUI" to measure the Antenna, and I got "out of range" message with a vector of 0.07 with 30Deg. (need to be 2.5 with 90Deg)I don't understand how the result is so off. There is a way to simulate the parameters of my antenna?thank you very much

Hi everyone, I developed a NFC antenna with ST25R95-VMD5T device. This antenna is connected to my main board with multipole cables and comunicate via SPI with it.I tested it in laboratory and when I tried conducted emmission, appears this:(neglect the rest....)The schematic of my antenna NFC board is this:and the PCB layout is this:My question is: are there some tricks to decrease within the threshold this peak? Thanks for your help.Paolo A.

Hello every one .Im yugenthar I need your help Anyone Know th arinc-429 protoaclThen how to implement the stm32F Any boady know this concept Please give the sollution

I tried sample uart example with my stm32f401RE and saw my serial monitor weird things

I am trying to test a CustomHID from the STMCubeMX code and the project does not seem to work as intended. When I use the HID Standalone example for the STMH735G Dev Kit the project works as intended however when I try to set it up with the CustomHID windows gives this error. I changed the clocks to match the HID Standalone project with a max clock of 520mhz.Wondering what I am doing wrong or if there is some setting that needs to be modified for this to work properly. Looks like everything is setup and should work already but doesn't

Hello,Is it possible to work with one STM32WB central role as router in BLE and in LLD mode?As router I mean communicate in BLE to one smartphone and communicate in LLD with several remotes. The issue is that the CM0 coprocessor firmware is different for BLE and LLD. In my opinion it is not possible.Pierre

Hello,I am Working with STM32H7 and I want to put in my board 2 QSPI as you put in your evaluation board stm32h745i-disco.Could you say me waht is the Interface signals layout guidelines?, by the example as router clk signal (star or daisy chain).Thank

Hello,In our project we are trying to interfacing PN7150 NFC reader with STM32L4 controller to read and write to Mailbox of ST25DV04KC dynamic tag.We would like to know the command format, which i should use to discover the ST25DV tag, and write and read to the mailbox of the same. Currently we are unable scan the ST25DV nfc tag as well.

Hi, This is Soyoung.ST-LINK/V2 - Can you confirm this activation product??The case was white, but it is yellowish as shown in the picture. Please let me know if the case changed.I wait for your reply.Thank you.

Is FTM only available to use with development kits ? I cannot use FTM with mobile application. Is there any guide ?

I am using STM32F767ZG for a project of mine. As per page 89 of the reference manual , it has 1 MB of flash and has a flash organization structure, as shown in the screenshot. The manual says that the "Main memory block" is limited to 0x080F FFFF. I am using ST-Link utility now, and I can access ( read and flash) 0x0810000 address space. This address space should be available only for STM32F767ZI variants (2MB Flash), right ? Does this mean that my chips are 2MB (STM32F767ZI) instead of 1MB (STM32F767ZG), although they are marked as STM32F767ZG ?Edit 1 : I using an RTOS, and it seem like the flash driver can indeed access these flash sectors, which should not technically exist. Strangely STM32Cube programmer does not show me those memory locations however ST-Link utility does allow me to access them.

Hello,Probably it is a simple question but I got a syntax error of HAL DAC function? Do you have an idea about the problem?

Hello,I'm working on hobby project using STM32F746IGT. I wrote ADC init sequence but cannot get it working properly. Timer 4 reloads at given period and It's interrupt is called properly. ADC starts conversion after setting SWSTART bit manually but I cannot make Timer4 to trigger ADC1. Hello,I am trying to design a BLE custom template application. I start by following the STM32WB Bluetooth® LE - STM32CubeMX Application Conception (https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/Connectivity:STM32WB_BLE_STM32CubeMX) using the P-NUCLEO-WB55 board and it work well: I managed to create my own services with CubeMX, connect to the P-NUCLEO board, and read/write to my characteristics. I decided to follow the same steps in the same way to port my BLE application to the STEVAL Proteus board. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all : I can't see the board using St-BLE-ToolBox from my phone. The application seem to start correctly with no error. I only have this lines of debug :  [app_entry.c][APPE_SysUserEvtRx][362] Wireless Firmware version 1.14.1 [app_entry.c][APPE_SysUserEvtRx][363] Wireless Firmware build 1 [app_entry.c][APPE_SysUserEvtRx][364] FUS version 1.2.0 [app_entry.c][APPE_SysUserEvtRx][366] >>== SHCI_SUB_EVT_CODE_READY [app_entry.c][APPE_SysEvtR

Hello, I'm working on a bare metal implementation, reading ISO 14443A UUID and about 8 of the custom bytes. It's working fine. My question is how often should rfalNfcWorker() be called? Should this be called once per 100mSec, once per 1mSec, or just called continually in the main application loop.

Currently doing academic research. There are few descriptions in the specification, how to measure CMRR?

We have a new project and would like it to have some features similar to the STM32 on an STLink:a) Emulate a Thumbdrive using MCU FLASH and/or an external serial FLASH IC. The files should be accessible by both the STM32 and any PC connected to the USB on the board for holding configuration and logs.b) Drag and drop self programming (This is a variation of what the STLink does to attached boards, and the STLink firmware upgrade process).c) VCP, a virtual UART for diagnostics.d) Bonus if some security method is included. Can anyone recommend a starting point? I've tried some examples in MX, some worked, some didn't. We haven't successfully emulated a thumbdrive. In MX Example selector I couldn't get Ux_Device_MSC examples to work on any of our ST Demo hardware (either L4R9 Discovery or F769 Discovery, also some Nucleos). We have external thumbdrive file system working on H743 USB-Host, but that isn't what we need here.We have VCP working over D+/D- on a USBC connector.Initial target is ST

There appears to be an error in the official documentation of ST, specifically relating to the incorrect labeling of Phase and Neutral in their schematic. The image provided demonstrates how the capacitance-based power supply is powered via the Neutral wire, however, this contradicts the datasheet for the STPMS2, which designates Pin 8 as the VIP (Phase input) and Pin 7 as the VIN (Neutral input). In the schematic, the Phase wire is connected to Pin 7 and the Neutral wire is connected to Pin 8, which is not possible, and the IC is being powered via the Neutral wire. Additionally, the placement of the voltage regulator header for the STLQ015 appears to be incorrect. Furthermore, in the capacitance-based power supply, it is unclear where the ground for the STLQ015 IC is derived from, as AC and DC grounds cannot be connected together. It is requested that ST review and rectify these apparent mistakes in their official documentation, Another aspect that I would like to clarify is the activ

Hi,I have a STPM33 on some of my PCB and I have issue with some of them when it gets too hot. The actual datasheet tells us that the operating temperature range is -40C to +105C but I've found an old one of October 2013, another of October 2014, another one of October 2015 and another one of January 2018 which all indicate an operating temperature of -40C up to +85C. How to know when my STPM33 were produced ? I've been producing these PCB since 3 years and with newer ones I have far less measurement errors as the temperature gets hot. It could be great if I can find some information about the production date.I hope it's possibleThank youBest regards

The HAL L4 page 38 - but I saw it more also in other doc - has an error how to use HAL_GetTick for timeout:HAL_StatusTypeDef HAL_PPP_Process(PPP_HandleTypeDef)timeout = HAL_GetTick() + LOCAL_PROCESS_TIMEOUT;while(ProcessOngoing)if (HAL_GetTick() ≥ timeout)Why I think this is wrong: HAL_GetTick returns a uint32_t counter (at least in the ST libs I checked). This unsigned 32 bit value default increments 1000 times/s and overruns from 0xFFFFFFFF to 0x00000000 after ~49.71 days. Suppose the process started at Tick 0xFFFEDCBA. After adding the the wanted timeout (ex. ~74s), the timeout must trigger when Tick reaches 0x00000123. That value will be correctly calculated in the ST example. But 1 tick after the process started, Tick will be 0xFFFFEDCBB. Since that's bigger than the computed end value 0x123, the code incorrectly triggers a timeout after 1ms instead of 74s.I believe it's better to do it this way:uint32_t processStart = HAL_GetTick ();....if ((HAL_GetTick () - processStart) >= m
