With industry-leading energy efficiency, the series achieves an impressive 117 CoreMark/mW and a best-in-class static mode of less than 2 µA.
Built on an Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone, the STM32U3 series provides extended memory options with up to 256 Kbytes of RAM and 1 Mbyte of flash dual bank memory. It supports a temperature range from -40 °C to +105 °C.
