TIM5 and ETH_RMII_REF_CLK

TIM5_CH2 and ETH_RMII_REF_CLK use the same pin PA1, STM32F407VG cannot remap TIM5_CH2 to other pins, I want to use TIM5 as a encoder,  is there a better solution?

Yes, you'd need to use a 176 pin part
