TIM3 BIE int. problem

Hi

I'm using STM32 ACIM library v 2.0 on STM32F103ZET6 MPU

If I run program normal it hang. So I use debugger and see that BIE flag in timmer1 is on. If I remove this flag, program run. Im using KEIL uVision3

Well I have also some other problem (give me over current error) I use trimer on PC1 and PC2 but stil got error.

I'm new on ST MPUs Until now I use NXP ARM7.

My mistake :(

Problem was, becouse I don't connect PE15 pin.

Only I don't understand why hand up and display not start.

Since to be bug....
