Not able to program STM32l0476

I am using lcd segment in my design. Before soldering LCD module, I am able to program my stm32l0476. But after soldering the LCD module, I am not able to do programming. Only dependency is TRACESWO (PA15 & lcd SEGMENT 17). Previously it was left blank, now it is connect to lcd segment pin. Any clues on this?

Ok, try that again but specify exactly which pins you are exposing to the programming interface.

I'm assuming SWD rather than full JTAG. What are you using to program? What error or other information is that reporting in the failing case?
