Datasheet of MOSFET STB9NK80Z Fig. 1 (SOA) looks wrong: current scale seems 10 times bigger and derating lines in HV area are just power (thermal impedance based) lines, without any secondary breakdown / Spirito deratings. Who can help and clarify this?
