What is encrypted here(BAT54AFILM)?

Hello!
From the datasheet, I could tell it was a BAT54AFILM (due to the D84 marking), but I couldn't figure out what E1 meant. Could you help me decipher this?

Thx!

@Giovanni4 The package is too small to accommodate the complete date code; only the last digit of the year (here ‘1’) fits in the top right-hand corner. The second character (here ‘E’) is internal and has no meaning for the user.

Hope that answers your question?

Usually a date code.
The datasheet admittedly does not reveal anything in this regard.

I understood that this is a date code, but how can it be deciphered?
