I want to disable touch using NoTouchController class, but the TouchGFXConfiguration.cpp file is located in generated folder. Is this a mistake? How to disable touch without editing generated files?

I tested the kit with Maxxon motor and ST original firmware successfully.I installed the ST Cube IDe and Programmer. The compile and download works well. But I cannot run the motor continuously. Which comands I have to use ?Do you have an example for this EVALKIT-ROBOT-1 ?Best Regards, Christian Frank

Hello,I have built a scroll list, where each item is a custom container that has an image and a textArea. I want to be able to call a callback from the item when the respective item is clicked. For example, I want to change the color of the custom container background when the item is clicked, as shown in the attached picture. I am able to do that by implementing the handleClickEvent function inside the custom container. However, once I do that, I can not drag the list. Can you please help me on how to be able to still drag the scrollList when I overwrite the handleClickEvent on the custom container? Thanks a lot.Bests,Gazi

Hello,I'm repairing SICK sensor and found the unknown component. Please help me recognize this part and possible replacement part.Thank you.

when I use STM32L051, its iwdg and stop function ,after it enter stop mode ,the iwdg is also working,I want to close the iwdg when it's stopped, but I didn't find this bit of "IWDG_STOP" in FLASH_OPTR register ,so I don't know how to do ,because I use this function with STM8L051.

Would it be possible to update the documentation with links that work. The alternative would be to remove the hyperlinks. That won't really help but it would reduce the aggravation.

I add a two hardware button to control the up and down scrolling of scrollableContainer(use function "moveChildrenRelative"). But the function "getScrolledY()" can't update according to the scroll action. And I need the ScrolledY to respond to some events. What should I do to deal with it？

Hey folks,I am working on a project and I need more than 1 MB of flash memory for cortex 7 core on STM32H747. I know that cortex 4 core would start reading the flash from 0x08100000 (which is exactly 1 MB away from 0x08000000 of the cortex 7 core). Is there any way to change this address to something else?

Hello.I want to use ADC in my STM32F103RGT6 Uc, but I don't understand what pdf's says about where the pins are.In this document We can see, that there are 3 ADC converters: ADC1, ADC2, ADC3.However, reading further on page 29, I can see alternate functions for ADC3 for example on pins PF6-PF10. But then PC0 and PC1 is somehow ADC123_INXX. What does this mean? I also cannot find any pins with ADC0_INXX or ADC1_INXX alternate function... Are they somehow multiplexed? Thanks for advice!

hi there I want to concatenate these 2 byte arraysuint8_t START_BYTE[2]={0x05,0x64};and uint8_t disunsini[]={0x15,0x3C,0x02,0x06,0x3C,0x03,0x06,0x3C,0x04,0x06};so I can get {0x05,0x64,0x15,0x3C,0x02,0x06,0x3C,0x03,0x06,0x3C,0x04,0x06};I used the code belowtemp=(START_BYTE<<8)|disunsini;but I get the error INVALID OPERANDS TO BINARY EXPRESSION (UINT8_T * (AKA UNSIGHED CHAR*) AND INT)why is that?

So I'm back to getting the FATFS-SDMMC-FreeRTOS combo working on my board. I've got a simple project working without FreeRTOS and it uses the HAL_SD in polled mode. Stepping through my FreeRTOS project I see that this project calls HAL_SD_ReadBlocks_DMA() which fails. This doesn't surprise me as I haven't set up DMA and I can't see that CubeMX does either! My questions are:Do I have to use DMA with FATFS-SD card and FreeRTOS? If not, where do I change it to polled mode?If I do need to use DMA, how do I set it up? CubeMX offers options I don't understand, so is there a crib somewhere?

Hello I am using Lsm6dsox(acc and gyro) and lsm303ah(mag) and sending data to motionfx to calculate the linear acceleration. My sensors are working in mode2 sync with drdy at 104HZ. So I'm reading every 10ms the data from the sensors and sending it to motionfx to calculate the linear acceleration. I ve set the motionfx setting as described in example, and calibrated the magnetometer. My problem is the following:So I shake the board and rotate and the data seems good, but when I put it on table while shaking to rest in a stationary state,it has a slope it takes to long to convergate to zero(about 2s). How can I achieve to go instantly to zero when in statinary state?

Hello,I am trying to program my TIM2 to set an interrupt every 100ms. As seen in the pictured that is attached, its APB runs on 170MHz. Given so, I have set the prescaler to 34000 and the counter to 500.It has been functioning correctly this whole time.Recently, I noticed it was behaving in a quite slowly manner. Checking it carefully by toggling an LED every interrupt and measuring with the oscilloscope, I noticed the interrupt arising every 1.06s, which, for the given prescaler and counter values (that I checked and remain the same), indicates it is running on an internal clock of 16MHz. The only one available is HSI RC, which is not even selected on the clock tree. What might be wrong? Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Hello ST Teams!Question again!I'd like to set up an access point on my st_image_core, SDK1.2i've added hotspot in layer append, and i can configure hostapd.confI've followed the howto :https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_configure_a_wlan_interface_on_hotspot_modeBut it seems that somethings goes wrong. Even if i try with your st-hotspot-wifi-service.sh.My question is:Do i need to add a dhcp server like udhcp server (udhcpd)?I've looked on the starter kit for DK2, and i cannot find any of these! What package from Starter kit I need to import to make things work? What am i missing?Seeya!

Hi,l'm using the STM32F072RB for a programmable periodic wakeup of a system. I have some troubles in the RTC calibration. I have a 8MHz crystal oscillator connected to HSE and, since I won't put in stop/standby mode the mcu, I would like to use it as reference. I searched a lot in forums and application notes but I couldn't find how to calibrate it.I achieved a 12s / 4h offset by setting RTC_SYNCH_PREDIV, but every change was driving to a bigger delay.Another option could be to use LSI and calibrate this against HSE clock.Any advice? Thanks.Filippo

I have a mesage from STM32CubeMX: "STM32CubeMX cannot load this MCU" (latest version 6.0.1)

Hi, This is Saravanan Iam working to Develop a BLDC motor drive for 2 wheeler and 3 wheeler For that our hardware team choose the SPC family microcontroller but not yet finialzed the specific controller but it SPC5 family only meanwhile our software team going to understand the EnvionmentFrom our understanding for SPC controller we have specific IDE called SPC5studio (Correct me if i wroung)I download the SPC5 studio6.0.0 in my PC in that I have lot of doubt, Iam already familiar with the STM32CUBE IDE but it some what diiferent in this I don't know how to generate a empty code or a led bliking code I get some videos from internet in that also they explained about how to generate the Example code for SPC controller in the SPC5 studio IDe Can anyone explain me how to generate a code and confoguration the GPIO,UART,TIMER etc and how to generate the Driver code for a any SPC controller it very useful for our projrcty development Because we are new to this one Thanks in advanceSaravan

Hi, I am using STM32H743Zit6 Dev. Board. while hex file file generation , program code is in 0x08000000 and upload it works fine.when i want to generate bin file, so i use the following steps. Bin file generate is successful but program code is from zero address location.. Can anybody give suggestion to solve the problem...

I have been working on a project with CR95HF multi-protocol transceiver IC. The obvious advantage of it is that it can read tags working with different protocols (different standards). I already coded so the IC reads different standards according to the datasheet but all I need now is to test the functionality. I have a Mifare classic tag at home, but I would like to test 14443B, 15693 and 18092 tags. Any idea where can I find a set of tags all working on a different standards? All I need is couple read only cards where I can read a UID of them (possibly having a UID written on the to see if the reading is correct) so I can see if my algorithms are coded correctly. Any idea where can I buy a cards like this or if I can somehow obtain them from someone?? Thanks a lot for the help!

Hi everyone,I migrated to L4Q5 MCU and the Embitz debugger is not able to see the Target. I have pointed the build options to the new linker file. However, I feel like I need to translate STM32CubeProgrammer settings to the Embitz debugger options. What do I need to do to make it work?

I trying to port STM32CubeExpansion_LRWAN_V1.3.1 for the evaluation board B-L475E-IOT01A2. I managed to whittle the errors down to 2. In both cases i am getting unknown type name '__RAM_FUNC'; did you mean '__ARM_FP'?in a HAL file stm32l4xx_hal_flash_ramfunc.h generated by STM32CubeIDE. What does this error mean? The crazy thing is that __RAM_FUNC gets defined in stm32l4xx_hal_def.h, and stm32l4xx_hal_def.h is included in stm32l4xx_hal_flash_ramfunc.h, but somehow the compiler fails to register this??#if defined ( __CC_ARM  ) || (defined (__ARMCC_VERSION) && (__ARMCC_VERSION >= 6010050))/* ARM Compiler V4/V5 and V6  --------------------------  RAM functions are defined using the toolchain options.  Functions that are executed in RAM should reside in a separate source module.  Using the 'Options for File' dialog you can simply change the 'Code / Const'  area of a module to a memory space in physical RAM.  Av

We have to write firmware for a STM32H745. It was not our decision to use a dual-core version and we are pretty sure that a single M7 core will easily do the trick, so the next iteration of the PCB will contain a single core variant. Now we would like to deactivate the M4 core completely. Is this possible and how can it be done?
