Chip: STM32H750VBT6 (custom pcb)BOOT0: connected to GND with a 10k resistor.Debugger: ST-LINK v2 USB Dongle (updated to latest firmware by CubeIDE)CubeMX: 6.4.0 (updated today to latest)CubeIDE: 1.8.0 (11526_20211125_0815, updated today to latest)Verified the following (maybe overkill to mention):Active build configuration is "Debug"Interface: swdProbe: ST-LINK (ST-LINK GDB server)CubeMX: Serial Wire DebuggingI've also tried a Mass Erase with CubeProgrammer, but it had no effect.The weird part is that CubeIDE gives me this error, but TrueStudio just works fine.This error occurs immediately after downloading the code into the chip.(The first instruction auto-breakpoint also isn't triggered).What am I missing / doing wrong?

Hi,I am configuring an IO is GPIO_EXTI. I can't figure out how to generate the callback function. I looked into example projects and I saw this function. HAL_GPIO_EXTI_Callback definitely looks like something generated by CubeMX. I would like to understand how to generate such callback functions. Thanks.

When doing a remap IC (Input Capture) for a timer, the code is generated wrongly to use HAL_TIMEx_RemapConfig function to set the remap. To make it work properly, I have to fix it manually by using HAL_TIMEx_TISelection instead.Also, when setting CH1 as IC remap and CH2 as IC indirect mode, the GPIO pin should NOT be set for CH2.

It's not a bug. But unlike other STM32 HALs, STM32L4 HAL has no HAL_TIM_DMABurst_MultiReadStart function. My STM32L HAL is version 1.15.1.

The function RTC_EnterInitMode in stm32h7xx_hal_rtc.c can cause a forever loop when initializing RTC. The break line is missed as below: while ((hrtc->Instance->ISR & RTC_ISR_INITF) == 0U) { if((HAL_GetTick() - tickstart) > RTC_TIMEOUT_VALUE) { status = HAL_TIMEOUT; hrtc->State = HAL_RTC_STATE_TIMEOUT; break; <<<<< missed line } }This was found occasionally with my STM32H745ZI-Q eval board, which of RTC and LTE were damaged by wrong power connection.

I am working with the ST32F769I evalkit and am trying to configure SDMMC1 and FatFs. The SD card needs the detection pin to be set, which is MFX GPIO10 according to the docs. This appears to be a pin on the slave MCU if I understand correctly, so how can I set this pin in the configurator? Is it sufficient to choose an available GPIO pin and set that as Detect_SDIO? Is that the same as/does it take care of setting up SD detect? I have seen on other boards that the SD_Detect automatically shows up as an option in the configurator for FatFS config, but only Detect_SDIO shows up when using this evalkit. Thanks!

This is the board picture: I bought it from Aliexpress, I tried to connect it to Arduino IDE but didn't connect.There are two boot pins, how to use them ? What should I do exactly ?On the device manager, it displays this message:

Hello,I am working on the stm32f070c6t6 controller, i just want to use this controller at replacement of Arduino. Arduino has the boot loader code, on that we will write our regular code as function specific code. same thing i want to do this by using the stm32f070c6t6 controller, I don't know whether it is possible or not , if possible please tell me the procedure, how the way we can do it. (on Arduino initially boot load with boot loader code then after we will write the specific function code using Arduino IDE and programming it, same thing i want to do it on the stm32f070c6t6 controller.if anyone have any idea please give me suggestions to doing it.). Thanks in advance Best RegardsRaj

HiIt's just that something strange happened to meIf I use RKit-ARM 1.68.18.0108 I get the following CheckSum "D9D0460"But if I upgrade RKit-ARM to 1.72.19.0253, there will be a version error problemBut 1.72.19.0253 is to fix the problem of CheckSum display, so I have this dilemma now

Hi,Can I directly write in memory-mapped mode over QSPI of STM32H7 to NOR Flash?Thanks!

I seem to get only RTOS errors and warnings.How to solve this easily ? or do i just install the older version back?i tried merging, continuing , none works ....

I have configured SPI2 in Stm32CubeMx and am coding in Stm32CubeIDE. PD3 as SCK, PB15 as MOSI and PB14 as MISO are configured, and i have also checked corresponding code in stm32F4xx_hal_msp.c as below.void HAL_SPI_MspInit(SPI_HandleTypeDef* hspi) { GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0}; if(hspi->Instance==SPI2) { /* USER CODE BEGIN SPI2_MspInit 0 */   /* USER CODE END SPI2_MspInit 0 */ /* Peripheral clock enable */ __HAL_RCC_SPI2_CLK_ENABLE();   __HAL_RCC_GPIOB_CLK_ENABLE(); __HAL_RCC_GPIOD_CLK_ENABLE(); /**SPI2 GPIO Configuration PB14 ------> SPI2_MISO PB15 ------> SPI2_MOSI PD3 ------> SPI2_SCK */ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_14; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_AF_PP; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; GPIO_InitStruct.Speed = GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_VERY_HIGH; GPIO_InitStruct.Alternate = GPIO_AF5_SPI2; HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOB, &GPIO_InitStruct);   GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_15; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_AF_PP; GPIO_InitStruct.

Hello everyone,We are facing an issue related to the TouchGFX Server. You can not download TBSs or Examples you have not previously worked with at the moment.Sorry for the inconvenience! Working as hard as we can to get it back to normal./Romain

Hello,May I get some document information for parts marking of PN#LIS2DE12TR?The label mark say is A2L 2D? Is it right? Have any document for the marking?Thanks

Hello, I am not an embedded systems guy, so please bear with me.I have an issue reading data to my STM32G071 nucleo board from an external device via SPI using DMA. To do this I used code from an ST example project.I suspect the issue lies within the HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive_DMA function.I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix it / things I could try.I can send commands etc. to the external device, interrupts are triggered as expected etc.Dozens of shorter reads / writes are sent to the device without any issue beforehand. The device actually reacats accordingly to commands sent.But for a longer readout sequence I oberserve very weird behaviour:- I send 26 16bit words to the device- On my osciloscope I can see everything behaves as expected- in particular the 26 responses observed on the osciloscope are also as expectedBut wrong values get written into the reciever bufferI have attached 2 images. image1 shows the final words on my osciloscope.image2 is the reciever buffer memor

We’re using STM8S207RBT6C for our current production. Due to the on-going IC shortage matter, we're trying to source a alternatives that can directly working on our existing design without any hardware nor firmware changes. We were able to find some batch of “STM8S207RBT3CRT?.We believe this higher temperature range product can be directly replace the current one without any Hardware and Firmware modifications. Would you please confirm this?Thank you very much,

Any one have the following configuration.HW: STM32H753XI-EVAL2Toolchain: IAR EWARM 8.20.2Debugger: IAR I-jetI am getting "Download completed but verification failed." error for the example project UART_HyperTerminal_IT in STM32 MCU Cube Firmware Package Version STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.9.0Debugger always throws error: Download completed but verification failed.Note: With IAR v8.22.2, I was able to download few time. It was failing randomly. After downgrading to 8.20.2 it is failing always.I did downgrade IAR version to match with one the demo project(STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.9.0) was developed.

I use Hall sensors as speed feedback, is it possible to correctly start the motor when it is under 100% load.Or need to apply special methods for initial increase in speed like 6-step control?I have attached several oscillograms that I found about this, whether the Motor SDK does it on its own or it has to be written manually separately and then how to combine it with the FOC algorithm.I am using B-G431B-ESC1 board and MC SDK 5.Y.3

I would like to access the UID_BASE (0x1FF1E800) register from the CM4 core, but I run into a HardFault. I checked the reference manual and page 137 says that memory map is reserverd for the CM7.Is there a way to read it somehow to map that System Memory region to somewhere else or can use a DMA to read it?I have a workaround that I read the registes with the CM7 core and put it into the shared memory region so the CM4 core can read it from there, but it has to wait until CM7 core does it.Thanks,Beni
