Tying to use STM32CubeMX 6.6.1 on an M1 Macbook Pro but when I try to save a new Project I can navigate to the Documents folder but no files or folders are shown. STM32CubeMX will duly create a new folder but if you then try and open it by you can't because the File Open fails to show files and folders in Documents. If you try and open a .ioc file within a subfolder of Documents STM32CubeMX opens but fails to load the file, you just end up on the opening screen where you select your starting position. Is it only me with this problem as for me this makes using a Mac just now impossible.ThanksEDIT: Just found out if I run using sudo from a Terminal I can see all the expected files/folders.

Hi,We are testing the M24LR04E-R with NDEF messages and find the speed very slow.We are currently using Android, but we see the same behaviour with iOS.If we write 400 bytes of data as TEXT tag. With this simple code:NdefRecord mRecord = NdefRecord.createTextRecord("en", text);NdefMessage mMsg = new NdefMessage(mRecord);ndefTag.writeNdefMessage(mMsg);Reading the 400 bytes of payload data as NDEF record takes approximately 1.3 second. Thats a throughput of 307 bytes/second. We use native Android code, similar to the write code.I can see there is data rate low and high - anyone knows how i can choose to use data rate high with standard Android java code?Or other suggestions to lower the rate? If we could just move 400 bytes in 4-500 ms. it would be acceptable.Regards Jens

Hi, Could you provide :the TJmax (maximum Junction Temperature), RJA(Junction to ambient Thermal resistance), Rjc (Junction to case ) and Rjb (Junction to board / bottom) of M24C16-FDW6 EEPROM.Thank you in advanceRegards

We are trying to implement the SPI interface on a STM32G070 MCU using DMA and no interrupts. MOSI MISO and SCLK all work fine, but the NSS signal does not behave the way we want it to. What we need is a precise change from 1 to 0 signaling the start of the transmission and right after the transmission is finished we need the immediate change from 0 to 1. What do we need to do to get this behavior?SPI1 registers:CR1: 0x0105CR2: 0x1704 SPI and DMA init: LL_SPI_InitTypeDef SPI_InitStruct = {0}; LL_GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* Peripheral clock enable */ LL_APB2_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_APB2_GRP1_PERIPH_SPI1); LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_IOP_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOA); LL_IOP_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_IOP_GRP1_PERIPH_GPIOB); LL_AHB1_GRP1_EnableClock(LL_AHB1_GRP1_PERIPH_DMA1);   /** SPI1 GPIO Configuration +**/ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = SPI_SCK_PIN; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = LL_GPIO_MODE_ALTERNATE; GPIO_InitStruct.Speed = LL_GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_HIGH; GPIO_InitStruct.OutputType = L

i used to STRU3993 EvalI got the result based on the following code.I wonder what that result means. It seems to be the result of the antenna performance here.If it is the output of the result for the antenna performance,I wonder what function should be used to get the result of the power obtained through the tag, that is, the dbm/rssi value.

Hi,I use STM32F407IGH6. I don't use Cube HAL in my project, I use standard peripheral library only. Are there any examples which are based on STD library?

I have the following problem. I recently installed Windows 11 and tried to install the STM32CubeProgrammer. But non of the following versions work with Windows 11STM32CubeProgrammer 2.11.0STM32CubeProgrammer 2.10.0STM32CubeProgrammer 2.9.0I always get the same error: I use Java Version 1.8.0_341. Would be nice, if someone knows an answer! :)BestsTobi

ST engineer: HI. I am using PSI5 protocol by ST L9663 now。can you give me a driver code about L9663?

Which one is the smallest NFC tag that can be identified by an iPhone?

While trying to read gen2 tags with the ST25RU3993 reader. Reading address 0x02 in the EPC memory bank seem to work, but word addresses beyond 0x7F in the User bank give me an error (ERR_RXCOUNT). I know that the memory is accessible with another reader in my lab, so it should work with this reader. The tag is based on the EM4325 chip and I'm trying to access system memory located at 0xEC and beyond, the datasheet says these pages have no read protection.

Hi,Can anyone advise or brief me how can i do the pwm using push button. I'm stuck with the output. So now my input is push button > eirqmy output is led > flexpwmMy problem now is the led not trigger everytime i press the button. It works on one time after that the led completely OFF.

Previously I wrote a program for - Nucleo-H755ZIQ in which I used SPI- UART- RTOS. After a long time, I wanna make a new stm32 project and reuse some previous function I was using correctly before. The problem is that not only those functions don't work but also I can not even set and reset an led . Here are my function which were working on the current MCU:void adxl_355_write(uint8_t reg_adress, uint8_t reg_value ){   uint8_t data[2]; uint8_t WRITE_BYTE = 0x00; reg_adress=(reg_adress << 1) | WRITE_BYTE; data[0]= reg_adress; data[1]=reg_value; HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_4, GPIO_PIN_RESET);// set SPI1_CS LOW HAL_SPI_Transmit(&hspi1, data, 2, 1); HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_4, GPIO_PIN_SET);// set SPI1_CS HIGH   }   uint8_t adxl_355_Read(uint8_t reg_adress){ //READ_BYTE uint8_t byte_ToBe_received=0; uint8_t m_reg_adress=0; uint8_t READ_BYTE = 0x01;   m_reg_adress=(reg_adress << 1) | READ_BYTE; //modified register address HAL_

Hey threre,I am thinking about to switch from freeRTOS to ThreadX on STM32H7. But there is a important question. Is it possible to run ThreadX on Windows? We want to simulate some parts of our firmware. I know that there is a port for WIN32 and there is an example for Visual Studio. I checked it and got it up and running. But I would like to compile it inside Eclipse/STM32CubeIDE. On freeRTOS this was no problem and I was able to compile it but for Azure RTOS/ThreadX I cant find any information how to integrate it into an eclipse project. Does anyone knows how it works?

Hi,My custom device with custom firmware don't respond to LL_FEATURE_REQ so the device disconnect. The connectivity part of my project is very similar to the example BLE_p2p_server, the device start advertising and when I connect to it with the mobile app ST BLE TOOLBOX the connection fail, in wireshark I see the master device is sending LL_FEATURE_REQ but the device doesn't respond. Can you please help me as I'm stuck for a week now?I share with you the wireshark logs (remove the .csv extension)MCU : STM32WB55Stack: stm32wb5x_BLE_Stack_full_fw.bin v 1.13.1Thanks by advance for the help.

I'm looking for STM32 MCU interfacing with DCMI. Can you suggest me where to learn or suggest me online course.Thank you

My question is how to set the sample rate exactly? I know that I have to set it via the CTR register and there via the values INPCMP and INPSAMP. I also know where to set the values in the LLD-Config. However, I do not understand which change of the values causes what exactly, so how the sample rate is then calculated. I have already calculated the data from the data sheet with my values but I always come to other values as they are in the Config. Can someone help me here or give an example for a specific sample rate (eg 10kHz)?Thanks a lot

I tried setting up with default configuration parameters for ADC 1 on the SPC560PXX. However, it provides some random values. In the conversion timing register, I verified that INPSAMPLE's SPC560PXX default value is 5. When creating a Conversion group setting file in the ADC configuration menu of SPC5 Studio, INPSAMPLE is 3. What happens when I change these values from the default values and how should I go about determining the Conversion Timing Register Bitfields? I want to know more specific information about these bitfields. Below, I've attached a images of reference manual and the SPC5 studio default values. This a Conversion Group Settings in SPC5 Studio. The Default Value of INPSAMPLE is 3 in SPC5 Studio.Conversion Timing Register in a Reference manual. The Default Value of INPASAMPLE is 5 in Reference manual.

Hi,I would need a technical information about VL53L5CX Ultra Lite Driver (ULD).Specifically, what is the format of the reflectance value returned by the vl53l5cx_get_ranging_data() function?I am supposing that the format is a percent value expressed as a decimal number limited to the range [0, 100].However, in particular conditions, with high reflectivity targets, it happens that values above 100 (i.e. 127) are returned by the above function. How could be explained and handled correctly?Furthermore, in vl53l5cx_api.c, the reflectance value is halved before being returned:#ifndef VL53L5CX_DISABLE_REFLECTANCE_PERCENT p_results->reflectance[i] /= (uint8_t)2; #endifThis change appears to have been introduced from the release v.1.3.0.Version : 1.3.0 Date : 02/11/2022 Comments : - Corrected reflectance format (output divided by /2 vs previous driver version) ...Could you elaborate on the subject?Thank you

While doing an FTM transmission from RF to I2C and reading the MB_LEN_Dyn register, it will always report a length which is 6 bytes more (or 7 after the increase by one in my code) than the actual message length. Below is the code of the ISR handling this. Can you please let me know what am I doing wrong?On the mobile side, I am running the NFC Tap and using the FTM - Data Transfer screen.Thank you,Nir.void IOCAF3_ISR(void) { unsigned char RX_BYTE,i; unsigned char length; RX_BYTE= ST25_readbyte(FTM_MEMORY,ST25_DYNAMIC_REG_IT_STS); if ( ( RX_BYTE & 0x20 ) == ( 0x20 ) ) { RX_BYTE= ST25_readbyte(FTM_MEMORY,ST25_DYNAMIC_REG_MB_CTRL); if ( ( RX_BYTE & 0x85 ) == ( 0x85 ) ) { length= ST25_readbyte(FTM_MEMORY,ST25_DYNAMIC_REG_MB_LEN); length++; printf("\nLength %d\n\r",length); for (i=0;i<length;i++) { data_buffer[i] = ST25_readbyte(FTM_MEMORY,ST25_MAILBOX_START+i); } for (i=0;i<length;i++) { printf("\n %d\n\r",data_buffer[i]); }

Hi,Does ThreadX Execution Profile Kit support STM32U5? I am using IAR Embedded Workbench but when I call the Execution Profile Kit functions I always get zero as a value, the parameters monitored by Execution Profile Kit are not updated. To compile the code, in the IAR project I added the file tx_execution_profile.c, inserted the path to the folder "Middlewares\ST\threadx\utility\execution_profile_kit" (where the files tx_execution_profile.c and tx_execution_profile.h are contained) and compiled ThreadX with TX_EXECUTION_PROFILE_ENABLE.Thank you
