Surely, by now, we should be able to have some AI or something to detect this ...

There's a lot of "information" posts appearing; eg,https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus/how-to-obtain-and-use-the-stm32-96-bit-uid/ta-p/621443This is all very good & useful but, in the activity listing, they are indistinguishable from user questions:It would be useful if these were clearly differentiated.

As the title says, the ST "New Products" page lists some products that are not new at all and out of the scope of the timeframe set on the same page.Example:At the point of writing this forum entry, the page, while set to "1 Month", lists the "HCC4049UB" under "Space Products" and the "AVS08CB" under "Thyristors (SCR) and AC Switches".When checking with the waybackmachine, these products have been listed since at least april of 2021! The webpage description and layout implies it lists products that have been released in the selected timeframe, so products like above should certainly not be listed anymore.

The "Copy to Clipboard" button is good to have, I guess, but in its current implementation you can't see what code is behind the button. Make it smaller, make it stay in the same position on a scroll, or something else so text can be seen. In contrast, the View More button is a great addition. More good features like that please.

It seems that they do mean what they say; eg, "a week ago" does mean posts 7 days old (or more?)But this seems a rather useless filter?Surely, more useful is "within the last 7 days", "within the last month", etc?In other words, "not older than 1 week", "not older than 1 month", etc.As in, searching for stuff where "I know I saw this recently - not more than a week ago". Can we at least have these added?And there really needs to be something between "a month" and "a year" - at least "a quarter" (3 months) and "half a year" ? Or just let us enter a date range

When trying to post, I get an assortment of problems: an edit pane into which I can't write; various red warnings when trying to preview or send the post, etc.I presume this is exposed as consequence of the "permanent reload on FF" problem: I click on "stop loading" icon to prevent the permanent reloads, and probably some of the magic javascriptoids won't load. Nonetheless, this may happen also if users for any reason click on the "stop loading" icon of browser during the first loading of the page, or some of the files simply won't load, e.g if using a slow and intermittent internet connection (yes, not everybody has top notch internet connectivity all the time, and yes, that should've been part of the testing).There's no remedy to this problem except to ditch Khoros and get a decent forum software. Yes, I know it came quite soon.I wonder if you've tried it on FF at all by now.JW 

There are many threads where users have been unable to attach IOC files. Here is one of them:https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcus-products/uart-cannot-set-high-baud-rate/m-p/621673#M230659 The IOC file type is clearly not a security concern. Is there some other reason they are blocked or is this just an oversight? Can we get it corrected? Edit: I have no problems attaching an IOC file. So is this a permissions issue? New users can't attach files or something? I would say even a first time user first time poster here should be able to. Coming to a forum to ask for help and including the relevant file seems a very reasonable thing to do. Cheers.

Hi all,I´posted a shutdown issue with the L4981A controller and unknowingly the profile page had broken content and didn´t provide all the details. As such I got a reply with a case number from an St employee requesting my company info (which was already given) in the profile site, but have heard nothing since. Has this "dried up" ? I tried to access the profile site but the page didn´t open. All I get now from mySt is more login details on top of the one already given ! and a blank page getting no where.  It has taken me 1/2hr to get to this forum. Browser firefox, otherwise a relatively new notebook.All very disappointing. Time for customers to be better looked after.rJ

Answers to other ones posts are placed directly under the posts. This is unusual to most other forums. I dont know if i like it or not. But at least should be clearly(!) visible, that this is an answer. Use an indentation? Also its kinda confusing to have a solution to appear twice in the thread.There are so many things a developer has to read through. Please dont make it harder with a confusing forum.

Can we have more than 5 posts displayed at once in user's User Activity list? For example the same number as the number of threads displayed in forums views (as it's substantially the same amount of information, and it's user settable, somehow, somewhat)?Thanks,JW

Incidentally, if Firefox browser Privacy and Security -> Do Not Track set to Always, then it is not possible to reply to posts here. Nor does the Accept as Solution option appear.
