Unable to locate CubeProgrammer 2.13 release notes

I've just downloaded 2.13 but I am unable to find release notes for it looks like these were not updated yet?

My real question is if Internal ticket number: 144023 was addressed within that release

So no 144023 fix :(

That's so odd to see 2.12 release notes published at https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stm32cubeprog.html#documentation and 2.13 published not there. I hope everything is OK.
