How to become a Super User?
To be considered for joining the Super User Program, the ST Community team has established the following criteria and process:
- Reach the rank of Principal. For more details on the ranking system, you can refer to this article.
- ST Community team reviews your profile. This review process is performed for every Principal and above Rank.
- Candidate receives and accepts the invitation to join.
- Candidate receives and accepts a Non-Disclosure Agreement* (NDA).
NDA is necessary so the program participants can receive information about early product releases, get, and test software samples. It's a standard process to ensure the exchange of sensitive information.
Your program membership lasts for one year. ST Community team will renew your membership after reviewing your profile and activity.
