Not able to send packets with battery powered for b-L072CZ

I am using B-L072CZ and able to to send the packets when power is giving through the USB but

i want it to work with the battery connection.I tried with the battery but its not working , after connected to battery the LEDs are glowing but data isnt transferring.Please help me through this.
