Hello. What is the exact value of T_coeff_vrefint? I'm planning to use internal reference voltage buffer (VREFBUF) output pin in my application.
Stm32wb BLE callback function: void hci_disconnection_complete_event( uint8_t Status, uint16_t Connection_Handle, uint8_t Reason ){ printf("hci_disconnection_complete_event");}not working.STM32WB use a utility function to control the BLE functionality.some observed points are -connection/disconnection event monitor using SVCCTL_App_Notification() function only. ble functionality is control by UTIL_SEQ_Run() function, which is call in loop. UTIL_SEQ_Run() function run a single task on calling.Connection complete and disconnection complete events are detected using IPCC_C1_RX_IRQHandler() and IPCC_C1_TX_IRQHandler() interrupt handlers, which are called after every IPCC transmission/reception event.
I am working on a project using the STM32WB55xx series. I'm trying to read the Device Information Table (AN5185 Section 6.6.1, pg 17) using a bash script and the STM32 Programmer CLI.According to the documentation (AN5185 Section 1.2 page 3) I should be reading the IPCCDBA option byte to get the device info table address at the start of SRAM2a. The IPCCDBA value is 0x0, so the device info table address should be located at address 0x20030000. If I try to use the CLI to read at address 0x20030000, I get all zeroes in response. If I read the same address using the STM32 Programmer GUI, at first I get the same thing:However, if I switch to the CPU tab in the GUI and hit 'Run' first, I can check address 0x20030000 and I find a value of 20030890: Then, I can read address 0x20030890, and I find the device info table, including the 'table valid' bytes 0xA94656B9: Success! It seems that hitting the Run button makes all the difference for the GUI.So now going back to the CLI, it appear
Hello,We are working on integrating Wi-Fi module Murata Type1 MW LBEE5HY1MW(Cypress CYW43455) with STM32F4 based micro-controller using SDIO interface. We are looking for SDIO Driver and Murata Wi-Fi driver for STM32F4 based micro-controller.anyone here having any reference for the same? oranyone know where we can get them to integrate it in our system?Regards,Dipak Sharma
The ERRATA says essentially that port activity on PA2/PC13 will disturb LSE (WCLSP100)Does that mean that I can use PA2 still as LSCO ?Does that also mean that I still can use PC13 as RTC_TS / RTC_TAMP, or as WKUP2 ?Which ones will be a problem, or is it in general hands off those 2 GPIOs ? Thanx a lot for the help there.
Hi, Can anyone please explain the difference between Radio.StartCad and Radio.SetRxDutyCycle in LoRa?I am clear with the SetRxDutyCycle function but not sure what is the difference between CAD and duty cycle?
Hi, I am developing a sigfox app using stm32WLE5JC. I am reading it using cube programmer and on sigfox tab the chip certificate reads all FFFFFFFFFF . I also tried to read the sigfox PAC and ID on the 0x0803 E500 but its al FFFF. I want to ask how can I retrieve the chip certificate?
Hello, today I just ran the heart rate demo and suddenly the board seems to be bricked. The onboard debugger is running, but the CubeIDE is unable to start a GDB server. Using the ST-LINK utility I wasn't able to establish any connection to chip. So is it bricked?
Hi,I want to build a simple point-to-point communication (2 devices for now) system between two NUCLEO-55WLJC1 dev kit.I would like to use the LoRa modulation for this purpose but do not want to use the complete LoRaWAN protocol (and its stack). Is this something that is supported by ST's software and example codes ?Has anyone tried using LoRa on the STM32WL without the LoRaWAN stack ?It was relatively easy to do that with STM32L0 + SX126x using example codes. I am not sure how complex it can be, especially with the dual core version of the STM32WL.Regards.

Dear communityI'm working on a project using STM32WLE5J microcontroller. I would like to collect time from some external source and then keep it on the device. My problem is that the device loses its internal time after waking up from standby (e.g in the first cycle it counts from 0 to 30 seconds, then the device goes to sleep, it wakes up and again it begins to count from 0). I noticed that when reading from SSR register (by LL_RTC_TIME_GetSubSecond()) it gets cleared indeed. Is there anything to set that I forget about? I wonder if the fact that device wakes up after Standby and makes all the initializations over and over again clears some data, and also RTC values.Regards
Hi,How can i find the Pin voltage of different Pin of Board P-NUCLEO-WB55-Nucleo(stm32WB55RGVx), Especially the Pins used for UART communication? (Tx and Rx Pin)I didn' find a clear information in the Datasheet of this board:https://www.st.com/resource/en/user_manual/dm00517423-bluetooth-low-energy-and-802154-nucleo-pack-based-on-stm32wb-series-microcontrollers-stmicroelectronics.pdfThans in advance.
Helle Evryone , I juste wante to modifiy my file no-ota to file ota, i following the video in youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRzZOa3jmuM but the problem whene I want to change start adress my application don't work
Hello,I'm using STM32Wb CubeMX HAL FW 1.10.1 and a PNUCLEO-WB55I'd like to get the wireless coprocessor stack version at runtime. I didn't find a HAL API to do this, so I went about it manually using AN5185 as a guide. According to AN5185, the device information table contains (among other things) the wireless stack version. This table is in SRAM2a and should be accessible by both cores. Using the flowchart on page 16, I'm trying to read the magic number stored at the top of this table, but I'm always getting back 0x00000000. Here's my code:void print_device_info(void) { // Get IPCCDBA FLASH_OBProgramInitTypeDef pOBInit; HAL_FLASHEx_OBGetConfig(&pOBInit); volatile uint32_t *ipccdba = (uint32_t *)(pOBInit.IPCCdataBufAddr); // Get offset of device info table uint8_t device_info_table_offset = (uint8_t)*ipccdba; printf("Device info table magic number = %08lX\r\n", *(ipccdba + device_info_table_offset)); __BKPT(0); }If I point the debugger at that memory address, it in
I am going through the Hands-on2 and Hands-on3 in STM32WB55 MOOC. In the both examples sequencer or simple scheduler is used for the BLE. Inside the while loop I found only the Seq_run() function. I want to learn how the sequencer works. Can anyone provide me resources for this ?
Hello,I have a custom PCB using a STM32WB35CCU6A that I'm trying to get Bluetooth up and running. I'm using the latest firmware available at this time: "STM32Cube_FW_WB_V1.10.1".I've been unable to get CPU2 to initialize from my STM32CubeIDE project. When I set breakpoints in `APPE_SysStatusNot`and `APPE_SysUserEvtRx` from `app_entry.c` the former is the only one that is called. Looking in STM32CubeProgrammer it appeared my wireless stack was not running.I followed UM2550 section 5: when I get to "Download new wireless stack" I get the following error:The Copro Binaries do not list this 256K chip in the binary tables; I'm assuming the FUS address is 0x0803A00, and BLE_Stack_full_fw 0x800B000, it's possible I'm not using the correct address for the BLE stack.
I am building a device that has to register data that is send in BLE beacons. I want to filter this data out of received Advertisement messages. Are there any implementations of this capability that I can learn from? I started from the P2P Client example, but when I change the gap role from GAP_CENTRAL_ROLE to GAP_OBSERVER_ROLE, I do not get any advertisement reports anymore.
Hello,I want to implement my own temperature & humidity Zigbee sensor using STM32WB.I can now send and report temperature using zcl.temp.meas.h.In the documentation AN5506, I can read that 47 clusters - and among them Relative humidity measurement cluster - are supposed to be available in the STM32WB stack. Unfortunately, in the library that I have, I cannot find Relative humidity measurement cluster. Is it available somewhere?Thank you for your support,Best regards,Leo
I watched the stm32WB workshop and studied the ble example on the stm32wb55 nucleo board and it worked well. Now I'm trying to test the ble on my custom board, stm32wb35cc, but I didn't do anything. The stm32wb manual found that the stm32wb35 contained cpu1 cortex-M4 and cpu2 cortex-M0.Does it work if you put the binary related to the ble stack in Cortex-M0?According to the "stm32wb getting started" document, there are binary (stm32wb3x_BLE_Stack_full_fw.bin) files, does it work by putting them in cpu2 cortex-m0?If I buy a stm32wb35cc chip, is there no basic binary?
I am using STM32WB55RG nucleo board. I want to use low power modes only for the CPU2 ? Is it possible to do that ? If so how ?
And I can't find the description and API of the modules and Libraries. I need the FLASH drivers and LOG module.
Hi, I recently designed my own pcb board for STM32WB55CEUx MCU.Then, during working with my board I got some problem at APP_BLE_Init() functionand the symptoms are exactly same with thisSTM32WB55 BLE Stack trouble on new hardware: https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000B5IOp2SQG/stm32wb55-ble-stack-trouble-on-new-hardwareand thisSTM32WB : Bug in FW_WB_V1.0.0: aci_gap_set_discoverable > hci_send_req > hci_cmd_resp_wait - wait infinitely for hci_cmd_resp_release after few connection/disconnectionhttps://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000AYqZ6mSQF/stm32wb-bug-in-fwwbv100-acigapsetdiscoverable-hcisendreq-hcicmdrespwait-wait-infinitely-for-hcicmdresprelease-after-few-connectiondisconnectionSo, I think I should update the ble stack inside my mcu. But, I can only find the examples for the nucleoboard, which has USB bootloader mode.I only have ST-link interface in my custom board. How can I update ble stack with only stlink? or is it impossible?Every pins of STM32WB55CEUx is avail
hello I want to update any firmware with app ST BLHello evryone, I want to create my own application BLE and update firmware via OTA, without using BLE examples existing like heartrate, and p2pserver.
