Do I need to use RK043FN8H-CT672B for STM32F756BGT6?

According to the datasheet yes and you need to drive it with LTDC interface over RGB lines.

For more details please refer to the AN4861 "Introduction to LCD TFT display controller LTDC on STM32 MCUs"

Thank you for youe answer. I have a problem with the RK043FN66HS-CTG display because i want brightness 1000cm/m^2, can you suggest me another display for STM32F756BGT6 with 4.3in, 480 x 272 pixels and 1000cm/m^2?
