Hello,I am using timer as stm32f401.However, the clock set in CubeMx is different from the actual clock. (I set it to 48Mhz, but I get 2Mhz when measuring with an oscilloscope.)I used the MCO pin to measure the PLLCLK clock, but my set clock does not come out.Where should I look for a solution?

I am trying to get the internal CPU temperature on an STM32H743. Source is generated with STM32CubeMX V. 5.0.When reading the internal temperature sensor (ADC3) I get different and too high values depending on the setting of the sampling time.When set to 810.5 = 68.1 °C 367.5 = 66.9 64.5 = 88.74I took the calculation formula from the manual which says:Temperature (in °C) = (110 °C – 30 °C) / (TS_CAL2 – TS_CAL1) * (TS_DATA – TS_CAL1) + 30 °CHere is my source code for reading the temp:called in main: HAL_ADC_Start(&hadc3);#define TEMP110_CAL_ADDR   ((uint16_t*)((uint32_t)0x1FF1E840))#define TEMP30_CAL_ADDR      ((uint16_t*)((uint32_t)0x1FF1E820))double adc_ReadInternalTemp(void){   static double dTemp;   static uint32_t raw_value;   static uint32_t T1_30;   static uint32_t T2_110;   raw_value = HAL_ADC_GetValue(&hadc3);

I'm trying to use interrupts for SPI, but am a little lost. I see the Transmit_IT function in the HAL library, but I'm not certain how to use it in a non-blocking state. Is there an example on how to use it?

Using Windows 7, 64 bit. Installed Keil uVision5 first and can run. Install of STM32CubeMX had no issues but can't run the application. Have updated Java, uninstalled CubeMX and reinstalled CubeMX and getting the same message. Not sure about editing the registry -- don't want to screw it up. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hi all,I have a problem when jumping from one application to another within my new STM32H7 system.Explaination: All my systems can be updated via my own bootloader (running on 0x800 0000) application, which communicates via USB port with a PC to my special Universal Flash Loader tool.The bootloader is located at 0x8000000 (startup application) and the actual application of the system is located at 0x8080000.At startup the bootloader checks in a separate location (0x8020000) if an application has been successfully loaded (a flag and the application start address are read from 0x8020000).Then it jumps to the application and runs the code. In case the application should be updated, this application jumps back into the bootloader who will take care for the update procedure.This works very well on all of my STM32F4 and F7 projects. Now I face a hard fault error when jumping to the application from the bootloader after the application has been flashed for the first time. In the first place I

Hello,RM0394 Rev. 4 chapter 16.4.2 clocks should note in a preamble or something similar that Dual clock and ADC12_CLK is not available on STM32L412. Reading through RM0394 I conclude that ADC clock is HCLK fixed on L412, but I don't see it stated anywhere. If the description in 6.4.27 for Bits 28/29 whould state the ADC Clock for STM32L412 is HCLK fixed, thing would be clearer.Kind regards

MCU: STM32F303RETxFirmware: STM32Cube FW_F3 V1.10.0In TIM15 -> Mode -> Combined Channels it is not possible to select XOR input on TI1:In the reference manual (RM0316) at page 685 you can see the XOR input:And at page 720, the register TIM15_CR2[TI1S] description:So I suppose that there really is the possibility of activating the XOR input for TI1 of TIM15, but the possibility of doing it in STM32CubeMX is missing. Maybe a BUG?RegardsAndrea

Hello,I am looking for the demonstration of the stm32f746 and stm32L476 Discovery cards that are included in the purchase of an STM32 card.thank you in advance

The program is alternating between two modes, one is high performance and the second is low power. For perfomance mode the ADC is used with a timer triggering and DMA+interrupt at fast rate. In the low power mode it is intended to make a single conversion triggered by software on a very slow pace. The clocking is also different. Now I am using custom code to switch peripheral configuration between the two modes. I Would like to use CubeMX for both, in the cleanest possible way. Any good experience to share? Thanks!

To put it another way, when would I want to use STM32CubeMX over STM32CubeF3/F4/F7 when working with F3/F4/F7 Discovery boards?

Hi, I wanna use the lowest power mode possible for my stm32l432kc. I want MCU to wakeup on accelerometer motion (which is possible since the accel generate interrupt on motion). I've read in MCU appnopte AN4621(page 13) that i2c is detected only in stop mode and that it generate a wakeup on i2c address detection (if I understand it correctly). But as I explained this is not what I want. I wonder if I can use shutdown or standby?

Hello,I have built LED blinky test program in SPC560B-DIS eval, I am setting and clearing LEDs in eval bord. I have introduced delay "osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(500);" between set and clear.I have used below code for my application, but it throws build error please find attached build error. Please guide to fix the error, Note if I am commenting line "stm_lld_start(&STMD1,stm0_config);" starts working. but if including throws build error#include "components.h"#include "stm_lld_cfg.h"int main(void){componentsInit();/* Enable Interrupts */ irqIsrEnable(); /* Activates STM0 Driver */ stm_lld_start(&STMD1,stm0_config); /* Enable channels and start global counter */ stm_lld_enable(&STMD1);for (;;){pal_lld_setpad(PORT_C, PIN_GPIO34_LED);osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(500); // Delay 500 mspal_lld_clearpad(PORT_C, PIN_GPIO34_LED);osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(500); // Delay 500 ms}}

I wonder if a ST25DV64K can be used in standalone.If I connect AC0 and AC1 to an antenna (using a smartag antenna), shouldn't the Harvest (V_EH) pin potential be around 3.3V (compared to the GND).Does the EEPROM configured to provide this power voltage by default?Thanks

I am working on STM32F779NI-EVAL board. I've tried the following QSPI example of stm32f769-eval board on STM32F779NI "..\en.stm32cubef7\STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.14.0\Projects\STM32F769I_EVAL\Examples\QSPI\QSPI_ExecuteInPlace"I'm facing an error in QSPI_WriteEnable(). HAL_QSPI_Command() call in the function times out.However, with the same initialization sequence, the following example works perfectly on the same board."..\en.stm32cubef7\STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.14.0\Projects\STM32F769I_EVAL\Examples\QSPI\QSPI_ReadWrite_DMA"While debugging the issue, I found that status register for QSPI was not getting set as expected (QSPIHandle->Instance.SR).Please share any pointers on the above issue. Thank you.

I have a LIS3DH sensor and Unico 7 in my computer and I am using the evaluation board MKI109V3. The thing is that I want to save the temperature data (measured by the Embedded Temperature sensor inside the LIS3DH) in a log file and with Unico this is only possible for Accelerations, LSB, interruptions and angles. It is not possible to save also Temperature? How can I do it? If not, how do you recommend me measure and save this data?

I'm trying to run AES CCM encryption on STM32F746G-Disco board in hw-accelerated mode. Tried to use CryptoLib 3.1.2 and low level Examples from 756-Eval board. For some reason there is no working example supplied by ST that implements this mode with HW acceleration on 746. CryptoLib works good, but only in FW mode (unaccelerated). Having tried to adapt HAL example (\Examples\CRYP\CRYP_AES_CCM) from 756 board, I encounter timeout in HAL_CRYPEx_AESCCM_Encrypt() call.Is CRYP supposed to work in this mode in 746NG at all? Ref man does not tell it shouldn't. Can anybody point me to what should be adjusted for it to work, compared to 756?Thank you!Vladimir

I have a problem with the operation of the I2C interface on stm32f103. I am having a strange problem with FreeRTOS in CubeMX, I cannot get multiple tasks to work concurrently. I use the following procedure -Pre: Check STM32Cube_FW is fresh   (v1.9.0 used)Open STM32Cube V1.0   (v5.0.0 used)New Project -> 'Access To MCU Selector'MCU -> 'STM32F091RC' -> 'Start Project' (sel STM32F091RCTx)SYS: Timebase Source - TIM17FreeRTOS: EnabledAdd Task: myTask02 with defaultsGenerate CodeFor the example above myTask02 fires but the defaultTask does not, what am I missing to get both working? This has always worked for me before, what is wrong now?

Hi,i am trying to implement my mcu (stm32f407IG) as a composite device with USB FS. I want to use CDC+HID or more how can i implement that with CubeMX ?Are there any examples about that?Thanks for your help.

Hello,I would like to use a lot from the ST32L4R9I-DISCO Demo Code for my own application.Are you planning to release the source code?Thanks and best regards,Christoph

Hello,I'm a complete beginner of TouchGFX as I've just started exploring what it's got under the hood. I'm rather perplexed as to how I can access an element of a given screen from a container of said screen. Let me elaborate. In the main screen, I've two containers C1 and C2. One (C1) that's invisible by default and that I'd like to render visible from a button click of C2. How can I accomplish that simply ? I'm sure it's straightforward but I don't know which function I've got to use for that. Note that both containers are statically loaded.Thanks in advance

Hello, I am debugging a board which contains the MCU - STM32L4R7VI6 and an HYPERRAM IC connected to the OCTOSPI2 port on the MCU. While generating code on the STM32CUBEMX the tool generates the following code snippet at the bottom of the OCTOSPI_INIT function. sMemMappedCfg.TimeOutActivation = HAL_OSPI_TIMEOUT_COUNTER_DISABLE; sMemMappedCfg.TimeOutPeriod = 1; if (HAL_OSPI_MemoryMapped(&hospi2, &sMemMappedCfg) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); }HAL_OSPI_MemoryMapped should not be initialized here and will execute the Error_Handler() 10/10 times since the sMemMappedCfg array isn't fullfilled at this point. It should be initalized in the main function according to the AN5050 OCTOSPI application PDF when the OCTOSPI2 port have been set to MemoryMapped. This is done in the main() function before HAL_OSPI_MemoryMapped () is called. So every time I generate code using the CubeMX tool I have to delete the snippet of code in the OCTOSPI_init() function. I found another issue where the
