Hello everyone, I am currently working on a lifetime estimation for a SiC-based power converter design. I am specifically looking for Power Cycling Capability data for discrete SiC MOSFETs in TO-247 packages. While power modules (like HybridPACK or EasyPACK) usually have well-documented Nf curves in their application notes, finding similar "to-failure" data for discrete SiC components is proving to be difficult. I am looking for an analytical lifetime model for discrete SiC devices, ideally using the CIP2008 formula or a similar approach with clearly defined parameters. Any insights, documentation, or links to technical papers would be greatly appreciated, Best regards

Hi,I've recently migrated to TouchGFX v4.25. The changelog seems to indicate that we can now store our texts in an unmapped external flash, for example an SPI flash. When going through the following page of the documentation :https://support.touchgfx.com/docs/development/scenarios/fonts-in-unmapped-flash , it only mentions fonts and not the actual texts. Does the same principle apply to texts as well, or is it not possible to store texts in an unmapped SPI external flash ? Or am i not looking at the right documentation ? Best regards,

So i was looking at the 16-bit ADC characterisics in the datasheet of STM32H723ZG. Here it says for LQFP packages, values might differ. I have LQFP 144 , and i can't find any package specific datasheets. Where can i find the information for my package. I was trying to find the maximum adc sampling rate. 

Hello forum,I'm designing for my company a very-low-cost parallel (10 tap) programming tool for STM32F4 target. The solution identified is an SBC with an isolated usb hub where 10 STLINK-V3MINIE are installed. Actually we've successfully tested this setup in lab, where 10 instances of STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe (pointing each one to one of the 10 different programmers' SNs) are launched via cmd.exe. Every target board is fixtured to the assembly via a bed-of-nails and my actual difficulty is to connect each nails to STLINK-V3MINIE SWD lines: I can't solder directly the nails to the STDC14 cable since I should use the flat from IDC as pigtail and I don't like the ridiculous AWG and, for various reasons, I don't want to customize the STLINK-V3MINIE soldering, e.g., a female header to card-edge pads connector (as I did for my lab tool). We have a STM32H725 and would like to use the RTC timestamp when entering/exiting standby but from what I understand from the reference manual this is not possible? I did run a quick test and the event doesn't seem to fire even though it works as expected when  we power it down externally so it runs only on VBAT.Before I give up and solve it a different way I came here to verify whether it was possible to do so? // Hopeful developer

Hello STM Community,I am working with the STM32 NUCLEO-WL55JC2 board using STM32CubeIDE v1.19, and I am facing an issue with external GPIO usage.What is working:Project creation, build, and flashing work correctly.Debugging and programming via ST-LINK work without issues.Onboard LEDs (LD1, LD2, LD3) blink correctly using GPIO output configuration.Issue description:When I connect an external LED to any GPIO pin (for example PA5, PB5, or other GPIO pins), the LED does not blink, even though:The firmware is flashed successfully.The GPIO pin is configured as GPIO Output (Push-Pull) in CubeMX.The pin is toggled in the code using HAL_GPIO_TogglePin() / HAL_GPIO_WritePin().Key observation:Onboard LEDs blink as expected.External LEDs do not blink on any GPIO pin I tried.The same GPIO toggle logic works for onboard LEDs but not for externally connected LEDs.Hardware setup:External LED connected to GPIO pin through a 220Ω–330Ω resistorLED cathode connected to GNDBoard powered via USBChecks alrea

Using the NVM configuration utility for the STEVAL-ISC004V1 seems to program fineHowever regardless of what I am writing the to the NVM, the source capabilities on the device dashboard never change and always show 3 PDOs for 5, 9, and 15 volts.

I'm trying to add the linux "gpio-poweroff" function to the distribution package. I've added the following to my device tree:gpio-poweroff { compatible = "gpio-poweroff"; gpios = <&gpioe 1 GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH>; timeout-ms = <3000>; };The kernel/device tree compiles OK, but the poweroff function does not work. How do I disable this?

Good morning,I'm developing a device with these requirements: STM32F446RET6 No internet (NTP) or GPS connection Real-Time clock, set manually (so, the less often a user has to set it, the better) Outdoor -20°C~70°C temperature range (most installations in continental USA) Ideally, we would like to get our total clock drift under 10 minutes/year (20 ppm) if possible. I created one prototype using an Abracon 32.768kHz crystal for the LSE, with two C0G 6pF load capacitors. To test the prototype, I routed the LSE to the MCO1 and measured the clock frequency as we swept the temperature from -20°C to 70°C in our temperature chamber. Hi,I'm trying to generate a pulse of a fixed length when my application triggers it, on one of two timer outputs, depending on a boolean value. My problem is that it works only once. The first time I start the timer, I get a nice pulse, but the subsequent times I get nothing. The outputs stay low. My guess is that I need to "re-arm" the pulse generation, but I can't figure out how to do so – or if that is even the issue.My "triggering code" is here. Hello,with my colleagues @LOrci.1 and @Raggio we are testing a SOM based on STM32MP257F line, running OpenSTLinux 6.6. Our SOM is connected to an expansion board originally designed for MP1 SOM by ST (STM32MP157C line).For video output we use the DSI-to-HDMI adapter B-LCDAD-HDMI1, based on the ADV7533 bridge. Our MP2 SOM includes the same DSI peripheral as STM32MP257F-EV1 board, with one key difference: for backward compatibility with the MP1 SOM, the DSI connector is located on the expansion board and only 2 data lanes are routed/available.To use the adapter correctly, the device tree was updated by setting the adi,dsi-lanes property of the adv753x: hdmi@3d node to 2 instead of 4.When applying this change on STM32MP257F-EV1, the display works correctly and modetest command reports three available resolutions for the connected monitor. Greetings,Kindly, I would like to know which USB interface I can use to transfer data between the STM32L552E-EV and the reComputer J4012.I am working with TEE, and my goal is to send plaintext from the reComputer to the STM32L5 so that it can be encrypted on the device. However, when I send data, I do not receive any response.I have tried using both the USB port and ST-Link, but the result is the same. I can see the ST-Link device on the reComputer, but when I use USB CDC, it is not recognized.Could you explain the proper USB connection and how to set up the communication? 

Hi,  I'm using a STM32WL5MOC. I see that in the LoRaWAN_Init the LmHandlerJoin is not in a USER CODE section, meaning that it can't be disabled. In my application I would like to do the join upon my request and not in the init. Hi,Currently I am evaluating HSO [High Sensitivity Observer (Sensorless)] in our custom Inverter board () with B-MOTOR-PMSMA1 motor.
