Can an STM32 microcontroller be programmed by OpenPLC? If so, how? Is there a video tutorial on YouTube?

Welcome @galang, to the community!

If you look at the requirements of Open PLC on its homepage or Github site, you will find that at least an MPU is necessary, typically also a large operating system such as Linux. This means MCUs are completely ruled out as devices capable of doing this. Only the MPU family STM32MP1 or STM32MP2 could be able to do it. The Open PLC team can provide you with further details.

Hope that helps?

Good luck!
