Hello everybody,I just bought a couple of FKI433V2 evaluation boards and installed the software en.stsw-s2lp-dk_firmware on the PC.When I connect to the evaluation board, an old firmware is detected and an update is requested. Which file should I use among those available? Here is the list:S2LP_CLI_FKI001V1.hexS2LP_CLI_IDB007.hexS2LP_CLI_IDB008.hexS2LP_CLI_MON_REF_DES.hexS2LP_CLI_CORE_L0.binS2LP_CLI_CORE_L1.binShould I use S2LP_CLI_CORE_L0.bin?ThanksMassimiliano
When BLE advertising, iOS and Android app getting BLE information. But in iOS I am getting "id" as UUID and in android I am getting id as MAC id. How can i get MAC id in iOS and UUID in android. So i can identify exact same device in both devices. In "ST BLE mesh" app I can see UUID in both platform. Similar data I am expecting to get. please help with the information.

I'm working with the SPIRIT1 (SPSGRFC-915) radio module, communicating over SPI, and using the provided SPIRIT1_Library. I am stuck after I preform the init sequence, the MC_STATE register keeps coming back with ERROR_LOCK 1, and STATE=2. I never enabled the RCO function so I'm not sure why ERROR_LOCK would be 1, and STATE=2 isn't a valid state on the datasheet, so I am very confused as for what is happening.void init() { SpiritSpiInit(); // restart the radio SpiritEnterShutdown(); SpiritExitShutdown(); SpiritManagementWaExtraCurrent(); // To be called at the SHUTDOWN exit. It avoids extra current consumption at SLEEP and STANDBY. // wait for the radio to enter the ready state do { for (volatile uint8_t i = 0; i != 0xFF; i++); // delay for state transition // gets stuck here SpiritRefreshStatus(); // reads the MC_STATUS register } while (g_xStatus.MC_STATE != MC_STATE_READY); ... }From debugging it looks it gets stuck in SpiritRefreshStatus' while loopv

Hello,I am looking into designing a board (sink only) which uses said IC to allow me to use the 15W from the source/PD-compliant source.From what I understand, the I2C interface attached to a master is used (in addition to other functions) to communicate what Power Delivery Output the IC should demand from the source.Now, I want to omit having to communicate through a master. Is it possible to for example set a wanted power level via GPIOs? This way I can implement dip switches or something comparably easy to configure a specific Power Delivery Output.I simply want to be able to make the STUSB4500L negotiate 5V at 3A from the source for me to use it elsewhere on the board.Thanks in advance,Michael
Hi,Recently we bought ST4SIM200 e-sims, and we are trying to read ICCID but when i send AT+CCID command i'm getting error. can you please help us to reslove the issue
I've run into a problem in this function, specifically involving a struct and a for loop. Whenever loop 1 reaches i = 27 and reaches line 29 (L293D_step), the value within struct STEPPERZ changes from 6 to some value in the ten milions.bool readSurfaceData() { directionX = -1 * RESET_DIRECTION; for(uint8_t i = 0; i < stepper_Z_steps[servoStatus] / step_length; i++) { for (uint8_t j = 0; j < (round(stepper_X_steps[servoStatus] / step_length)+1); j++) { L293D_step(STEPPERX, step_length * directionX); x = step_length * directionX; fillMatrixSlot_V2(tooth, i, j); } if (directionX < 0) { x += step_length; } else { x -= step_length; } directionX *=(-1); HAL_Delay(Z_delay); L293D_step(STEPPERZ, step_length * RESET_DIRECTION * -1); z+=step_length * RESET_DIRECTION * -1; HAL_Delay(scan_delay); } if(!sendData()) { return false; } return true; }Here's L293D_step:void L293D_step(st
Hi friend,I have an old project using blueNRG-1 and the ble stack used is libbluentg1_stack.a. I would like to know which version of the BLE specification is supported? Thank you in advance.Best wishesTed Wu

I develop my projects based on BlueNRG-LP_LPS DK 1.2.0,I open any demo and find that only part of the HAL driver is added to the link, but I need to use another driver and don't know how to add it ?in the BlueNRG-LP_LPS DK 1.2.0\Drivers\Peripherals_Drivers\Src files,This is where all the HAL and LL drivers are stored: but in my project,Only a few have been added. When I need to use another driver,such as rf_driver_hal_adc ,How do I add?
Hi,I'm trying to know how can I send a txt file through UART protocol to a Bluetooth module so I can transfer data wirelessly to a pc.I could read line by line sending it continuously, but I wanted to know if I could send it as a file that I could then transfer or at least send all the file text as one.Thanks in advance.
I am using vcsel driver that i thought uses i2c but it uses two wire serial interface with 11 bit shift registor 3 for address less than the usual 7 bit address and I heard I could bitbang but I couldn't find it possible anywhere please look at datasheet incase I missed a solution. I also have other i2c devices connected I don't have issue with them. the datasheet on https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/onet4291va.pdf?HQS=dis-mous-null-mousermode-dsf-pf-null-wwe&ts=1666295090566&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.mouser.com%252F. Hi,As STUSB1600AQTR is currently out of stock everywhere, we have sourced from a secondary source the STUSB1600QTR part number. The datasheets seem almost identical, so we expected the part to be a drop-in replacement. However, this is not the case as our circuit does not work with the QTR part - while it works when we replaced it with our last AQTR part. Is there any difference at all between the two part numbers? Or do we have to assume to have received fake parts?Thanks in advance!
Hi guys ! I am trying to implement a USB-C powering and communication between 2 of my devices. There is no Power Negociation implemented yet. The default voltage is 5V.I want to make sure my source device is safe so I would like it to shut down VBUS if VBUS > 5V + 0.6V thanks to monitoring feature of STUSB1602.I tested the VBUS monitoring feature the following way with this typical implemental (cf fig bellow) : Nothing is plugged on the USB-C connectorStart source deviceEnable Power with I2C communicationSet nominal voltage to 5V with I2C in register 0x21 -> register value is correct and equal to default value.Measure VBUS voltage with multimeter -> 5V is measuredForce 10V on VBUS -> abnormal voltage is not detected and VBUS stays at 10VBased on my experiment, my source device does not behave as expected and cannot protect the sink device from a VBUS overvoltage. Meaning, VUS_EN_SRC stays at 0V during overvoltage condition.Extra info : I tried this experiment with the 0x2E
Can the STUSB4500 support a USB C DRP and USB PD (sink-only) application using the SOM OTG interface illustrated above? Can it drive the VBUS, OC, and ID inputs and receive the EN output? We would like our product to serve as USB UFP (device), USB DFP with 5V VBUS (to support thumb drives), and to receive power from USB PD.
Anyone aware if iPhones/ Androids accepting LE coded PHY?If so, starting at which versions do they start working? I saw some info dating from 2020 or early 2021 so I'm wondering if someone has a more recent answer.
