When I try to open a support case I get directed to  

Having been away for a few days, the forum refused to accept my login.I know I was giving correct details, because they were coming from a password "vault".I can't see any notification that my password had expired.I had to do a password reset. This has happened before - not for a long time now, but it has happened.

My st.com user log-in includes a feature called "My Subscriptions". That causes it to occasionally send an email with updates that are relevant to me per subscriptions managed at:https://www.st.com/content/my_st_com/en/my-space/my-preferences/my-subscriptions.htmlThis page allows me to remove existing subscriptions, but is silent on how to find new subscription categories I'd like to add (and I don't know how the existing subscriptions were added over time, but they're generally useful.)In particular, I'd appreciate announcements of new stm32 series microcontrollers and microprocessors (hence why I'm posting this inquiry here with a label "documentation").How do I do this?Thanks!

My post is now missing or deleted. What happened to it? It was there for quite a few days before disappearing. I don't think anything nefarious is happening, but this happens every so often and I'd like to get to the bottom of it. I don't have permissions to delete posts, so I don't think it wasn't anything I did. Did a spam filter pick it up? Did a mod or admin accidentally delete? Do community admins have suitable permissions to figure out this mystery? Was the thread moved and my post missed the bus somehow?

Clicking login redirects to Microsoft login page unless I open a private window.It redirects to https://login.microsoftonline.com. But login in there doesn't work.I use firefox.

I've been trying to download STM32 Development Tools and Manuals this morning.  I'm a new user and created an account and logged in.  Downloads either fail multiple times or don't work at all - spinning circle.
