Now login again possible, after many hours no login possible. Is this STM standard quality???
Is there a way to view only posts which have no replies? The old site allowed this. The functionality is helpful to prevent posts falling through the cracks. Currently, if a post is 2 days old and is unanswered, it's really hard to find it. Right now, I know there is a post I want to reply to, but it's quite a chore to go back and find it given the sparse layout, so I just gave up.If I'm gone for a few days or months, I pretty much ignore posts which have already been replied to, but will look through unanswered ones.Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see it in the options anywhere.
Argh! This forum software seems to suck every bit as much as every other we've suffered with over the years. I accidentally marked Pavel's post as the solution because this junk is so sluggish and unresponsive. And, of course, trying to go back and mark it as "Not the solution" via the dropdown does nothing at all. Such a pile!
Hello. Here are joined the specifications and troubleshooting information associated to the security processor as exhibited in Windows 11 22000.2124, in ASUS X507UA motherboard. In attachments, in the section TPM troubleshooter, the link tied to Learn more leads to st.com domain. The relevance of this link may be subject to interpretation in respect to whether it may be representative of the manufacturer of the involved component. I did not know how to interpret it.It appears that the product software database maintained by Asus, which in available either on internet via the device support (asus.com domain) and MyAsus application (for Windows general-use-purpose OSs), has no available driver for download for this motherboard aimed to address CVE-2019-16863, that is presented as justification of the up-to-date recommendation. I understand that the acquisition of the respective file is a relevant quest in which this company may have a contribution. Regards.
Are annoying popups really the best way to collect user data? Any way to disable them permanently?
Why I am thrown out of the forum when logging out ?Doing so, I land on the bare login screen. Who came up with that impractical idea ? I have seen this on no other forum.Being different is only fine if you are better.

Here I posted a picture and then added a link to it. The picture in itself is rendered into an illegible thumbnail, and the explicitly entered link overrides the implicit link which would invoke the "picture/attachment magic". How can a user see it, then?I admit that this is a tricky issue and I don't want this to be solved in any way. I can simply modify that post (I deliberately left it so so that I can make a point here, and it probably won't harm the OP anyway). Just maybe something to think about.JW
Copypasted piece of code from the post I'm replying to, and the editor went crazy:The "shadow" smoothly moved with the cursor as long as it was in the editor pane. Preview showed normal text with code, but exiting preview restored the "shadow" as in the screenshot, except the "shadow" does not follow the cursor anymore.FF102.13.0ESR, Win8.0JWPS. Is the ridiculously small editor pane to stay? Seriously?
We foster a supportive and inclusive community where members can freely ask questions, share their experiences, express their opinions, and engage in discussions related to their design projects. The best way to find an answer quickly and effectively for your question is to make good use of the search tool available in the ST Community. Chances are that a question, which is similar (or identical) to yours, has already been asked - and answered. Other community members would be more inclined and happier to help you if they knew you had already done your homework and to tried finding an answer yourself before asking the question. Click on the search box at the top of the page and enter the terms most closely related to your question or issue. We recommend that you choose some keywords and try a few variations, as other members may have worded their question differently: As you type in your search terms, a list of existing questions and knowledge articles related to what you are typing appears below the search bar. Take a moment to scan these suggestions, as this will save you time. Your search results come up with a few different useful filters to help you scan the results. Cl
Posting a question or starting a discussion in the ST Community is simple and should look familiar to you if you have used an online community in the past - or even a standard text editor!Hover your mouse over a category of the community from the top navigation bar:Product forums for technical questions. Select the board concerned by your question. Click on “Start a post” on the community's homepage. You will now see the posting area as described below: This is the title of your post. - Use relevant and descriptive keywords to help users know what the rest of your post is about, and keep it short, ideally under 70 characters. - You will be able to add more information in the Body section. This is the title of your post. - Add a detailed description of your issue including the steps you have already taken to try to fix it. The more details, the better. Using the buttons at the top of this area, you can add links, code samples, images, lists, etc. Select the board concern
Digital communities can go a long way. We hope you enjoy working and exchanging ideas with fellow members. To foster good interactions and help community users know who you are, we suggest you set up your profile. At the top-right of your screen, click on your profile picture and navigate to “Settings” and follow these steps: 1 – Upload a profile picture by clicking on Edit. You can upload a photo of yourself or anything else that can help community users learn more about who you are. If you are not comfortable uploading a photo of yourself, think about adding an image related to your favorite hobbies or professional interests. 2 – In the Biography section, you can write a short bio to let our members know who you are and what you are interested in. If you are here to help others, you may also want to mention the ST products you specialize in. Go to “Personal” > “Personal information” to change it and click on “Save” at the bottom of the page. 3 – In the Forum sginature section,
General tips1. Update your profile with your photo/avatar and update your nickname. In Biography tell us a bit about yourself. This helps other members identify you more easily, which will, in turn, lead to faster answers and more helpful conversations.2. Do your homework. Members of the ST Community enjoy helping contributors who have done some initial investigation into the problem. Search the community before posting and try all solutions already available.3. Remember that technical questions belong in the Product forums category.4. Do not post the same question in multiple areas of the community. This makes it harder for others to find answers and implies more effort for those trying to help you answer your questions. To maintain clarity and efficiency, duplicate content will be removed.5. Do not use all caps. It looks aggressive (like shouting!) for most users and can impact your likelihood of receiving an answer.6. "Bumping" a topic after 24 hours will not help you get an answer
The ST Community is divided into different categories with different goals: Product forums, Resources, Learning, and Developer news, About. You can access these areas using the top navigation menu. The Product forums centralize the questions posted live in the ST Community. Our support teams and expert community members reply to your questions in the Product Forum. All posts can be manually tagged, much like the process of using hashtags on social media platforms. Feel free to use the pre-defined ones in the system to ensure your post is linked to all the appropriate topics. The Knowledge base contains technical information and FAQ articles written by ST experts to help you get started with an ST product or to improve your knowledge in a given area. In the Resources, you find online learning courses to delve further into a topic, such as video lessons and full MOOCs recorded by ST employees. In Developer news, you find technical insights and the latest news on products, software, and mo

The subject says it all. Am I missing something obvious? Is there a link to "My Posts".Sid

Kindly ask STM engineer for help. We deem that something goes wrong with the Bulk ID in this photo. Could you please help guarantee if it's fake or not?
Just got a batch for giving my second Kudo since this new software is online. I already got one for my first login and also for the second login... and a lot more... as all of you. Are we grown up people here or is this kindergarten?Instead of creating more primitive batch targets ST could fix the "Remember me on this computer" checkbox. It never worked for me. Sometimes I have to login like 4 times a day. Or fix the current Firefox refresh-bug, which make it almost impossible to use this forum. And I think half of the images in my posts where lost during the transition.

I am 100% sure I replied to this thread:https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mcu-products/do-not-use-hal-spi-transmit-for-high-performance-dma-may-not-be/m-p/570578#M217483As evidence, I am "subscribed" to it and get notified of new posts, which happens only if you reply, or if you click the subscribe button which I never do.However, when I go to that page, I don't see my contribution anywhere in that thread. Am I missing something? Do replies get eaten occasionally?@waclawek.jan Any ideas or similar experiences?
While I type this, two other tabs of mine are open while trying to reply to another post. Both of those tabs are stuck forever loading--the page is entirely blank. This happened in the middle of replying to the post while trying to tag someone by using the "at" symbol. I don't dare do it here for fear of the same thing happening.Pretty underwhelmed by the new site. Some things got better, some got worse. Forum usability is definitely in the second group.
