Question

I am using STM8S001J3 MCU for my application. For the development purpose I am using STM8-SO8-DISCO development board. Suddenly I am not able to program the board.

It shows following error message when I program the board. Please find attached image for this. I am using IAR embedded workbench IDE for my development. Please help me with this as I am facing this issue since two days and not able to crack it.

    Probably downloaded some code that reconfigures or breaks the SWIM pins/operation

    Review the code you last downloaded to determine what you did, and perhaps routes to recover it

    I have review the code. I am just using gpio and timer. Also SWIM pin is not used anywhere. It is only used for programming. I tired creating new project but it shows the same error. It has stopped suddenly

    Try to connect under reset. hold reset line, start programming, then release reset line.​
