What do you mean by STM: STM8 or STM32?

In both cases you can filter for your desired parameters in the overview on the respective website, e.g. for STM8 here.

Hi @LEO-037, following up on Peter's response: the ST website for STM8 MCUs (and also for the STM32 series) has a feature selection bar on the left. Easy to use, see the below screenshot.
