When running stm32_programmer_cli.exe -l
the first run shows a valid SN and FW version.
The 2nd and subsequent runs show corrupt SN and FW version.
The STM programmer version is 2.13.
This repeats on 2 new ST Link debuggers.
This repeats on 2 different computers.
