USBD_CDC_INTERVAL not used

The define USBD_CDC_INTERVAL in usbd_conf.h generated with CubeMX is not used anywhere in the project. It was used in the old USB Library in the usbd_cdc_core.c SOF-Function, which no longer exists.

I confirm that this define will be removed from CubeMx4.22.

It will be available in W28.
