stm32f413 Clock configuration problem

After setting RCC and Clock configuration as below, if you run the program, it moves to Error_Handler.

ECS-250-10-33B and ECS-327-34B

What is the problem?

Hello,

As you're using SMD crystals, please try "Crystal/Ceramic resonator" instead of "BYPASS clock source".
