STM32CubeIDE bug or not?

I use STM32CubeIDE under MacOS. I don't understand whether it is a bug or not. I can not change Input frequency of HSE in clock configuration. I can do it in CubeMX under Window on the same project.

Thank you for your reply! This problem was fixed by itself by several restarts of the CubeIDE.
