1- The MX_DMA_Init order issue is already fixed since CubeMX V6.6.0:

You are using an old CubeMX version, and it will be better updating the last one v6.13.0 through this link, as it contains enhancement and bug fixes.
2- The warnings are generated by CubeMX as a precaution, and you can ignore them as long as the tool allows you to configure your project with features that you need.
